  Shortly after my husband passed away & my car had been in a wreck (woman ran stop sign), I went to Genco. Calder Donakowski helped me with the the refinance to Genco. I know Calder's parents but really didn't know him that well...He is my go to guy & helps me with any problem I have had! He is considerate, helpful & very kind. I have had no problems with Genco & will continue to do business with them!

  I am constantly having problems with my debit card and the mobile app. I just drove out of town to handle some business for my business and was unable to use my card. Attempted to use cash app and the atm and it didn’t go through. I called customer service and was told my card was deactivated and there is not a new card in the mail. I am sick of all the problems with this credit Union.

  GENCO on Valley Miles is always friendly and ready to serve. I consider Scott Hedges as "my" banker. Extremely helpful and knowledgable.

  Opened a checking account here. Tianna Salas was very nice and personable. She made me feel comfortable and I enjoyed my experience here today. I also got a money order as well. I can’t remember the teller’s name but she was professional.

  Very bad service, rude customer service and bad online pay services. Their app is not very user friendly. Had to close my account out at this place. They never want to actually help you out. Someone needs to help them be better for the people. I will unfortunately take my business elsewhere.
