  My wife and I could not have imagined a better experience as first time homebuyers! John Snider did an outstanding job from start to closing. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and was always prompt when responding to any questions we had. I could not recommend him and this company enough. If you're looking for an honest person and company to do business with, look no further because John is IT! This is your guy!   If I could give 100 stars, I would. John was so, so helpful. I am a first time homebuyer, and he walked me through the process so well. He spent time with me on the phone answering my questions, and helped me even find a grant I qualified for that I didn't even know existed. He answered my text messages right away, and I could text him with ANY questions I had. Seriously, he is wonderful. I 100% recommend to anyone thinking of buying a home. John is a gem!!!!!

  John and the The Snider Team with SWBC Mortgage were amazing to work with. Very responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions and making sure everything was done correctly. We had a 30 day closing and were done way ahead of time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage. The Snider Team is top notch. You don't need to read another review or look for another mortgage company. Use the Snider Team with SWBC Mortgage Skip ahead a couple of years and I am using the Snider Team again. If you are looking for a mortgage company STOP this is the one you need to go with. The Snider Team will explain everything to you and walk you through step by step. John and his team will explain all your options to you and give you the pros and cons of each option. They make this process easy. CALL the Snider Team you wont regret it.

  John and his team were awesome! He got me approved the same day I called. He worked with me discussing rates and different options until we found the best for my husband and I!   I do not where to even begin...if I could give John and SWBC a 10 star rating I would. Not only are John and his team at SWBC professional, competent, honest and open...but they are simply the most genuinely nice group of people to work with. In John not only did we have the most completely satisfying experience, but we came away with a wonderful new friend here in Waco. We were refereed to John by our agent and I honestly wasn't sure who to choose for our mortgage, but after meeting with John i knew right away. I told my wife that i felt he was the type of person that would look for resolutions to problems, I used the words "a go getter". And John turned out to be just that. We had a horrific experience trying to buy a house here a year and a half ago, and we were very hesitant trying again. Choosing the right people makes all the difference. There are always issues that come up, little problems, unexpected things...John worked his way through everything, and always had a probable solution or backup plan. Working with him and SWBC was truly a delight and pleasure. John, my family and I are sincerely grateful for meeting you and the incredible work you did for us so that we could have our new home!!!
