  I contacted Joe last year to start my process to see if I qualified to buy a home. Joe quickly connected me to his team so I can turn in everything he requested. The entire time I worked along side with Joe and Daniel up until the very last day. The entire process itself took us less than 3 months to approve me, find a home and finalize transaction. For it being the 1st time buying a home I had the most pleasant experience. Joe and Daniel helped me along the way, always answered all my questions and concerns.   So happy I went with Joe Miranda at Gem Mortgage . Joe was super professional , knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. I recently just purchased my first home and working with Joe was amazing . Also, Anna was very helpful during the whole process too. She explained all the documentation I needed to provided , which was a lot but it never felt overwhelming. I highly recommend Gem Mortgage with Joe Miranda. With so many Mortgage companies out there it feels good to go with someone you can trust through the whole process.

  Excellent service, staff is always pleasant and helpful.
