  Working with Oscar and the whole MVP team was such a pleasant experience. I’m a first time home buyer and everyone always told me escrow was the stressful part of the home buying process and honestly, Oscar and his team made escrow the most non-stressful experience for me. We unfortunately had a mishap happen on our first accepted offer (nothing to do with us, it was the sellers fault) and the second time around it was even easier and a lot less stressful! Happy to have worked with such an efficient team (even got compliments from the escrow company saying my mortgage team was on top of everything! And that made me feel so at ease with my decision to work with them).   Oscar and his team were very resourceful and helping through out the entire process. A team with excellent listening and communication skills. If they didn’t know an answer to something they were quick I obtaining that proper information. They do everything virtual which makes getting your documents to them a lot easier and they remain accesible to you where ever you are ! Overall, Oscar and his team make the impossible happen. They will ensure to steer you in the right direction.
