      Horrible customer service. Super long lines, super slow tellers. Manager Michelle told me to get out of line and wait to do a wire transfer. Should have stayed in line and gotten a cashiers check instead. Would have been done in less than 15 min. She never came back to help me. Walked out after over 20 minutes waiting for her to come back. Forget this uptown branch and go to the Whittwood branch. More tellers, more staff, much more courteous staff, shorter lines.

      Been coming here for about 6 years now. And they've been constantly slow through the years. I would give it one star due to the constant slow service, but the facilities are at least well kept and up to date. It's got 2 walk up ATMs outside, and 3 drive through ATMs, with a big parking lot as well. Inside, the tellers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you need to sit down with someone one on one in the cubical areas, your attended to in a fairly reasonable length. However, it seems like a combination of it being a busy area, and 3 tellers opened max, really slow down the service. It's common to see longer lines here, especially when it's closer to closing time. I wish management would open another teller window or two. I think it would go a long way to improving people's reviews and impressions of this branch. 4/16/21 Edit: It's still really busy here. Added picture to help show it. Got here about 2:50 today on a Friday and it took me 25 minutes about to reach the front of the teller line. Google Maps says that it was "less busier then usual" during this time but the line for the tellers still reaches the back entrance. Heard about 5 different people complain about the wait times while I was in line. I really want to give it a better review but I just can't because of the teller wait times.

      I have to come to make business deposits and such almost daily and I always hate coming in. This is a horrible branch. People here have to wait for more than 30 minutes just to get to the window. The manager does little to nothing to make this bank run more smoothly. The tellers here are very polite; however, they move like sloths. Not a good experience here at all.

      If I could rate zero I would. How can a bank run out of cashier checks? What is your purpose in the modern age? Every visit is a waste of time… is it hard to maybe put a sign up when you can’t complete one of your duties? I know it is embarrassing, but I guess my fathers time and business isn’t worth anything to you. Hate to say it as a live-breathing person, but if I need cash or a check I’m better off trusting a robot and not some corporation. Maybe use your vast analytics to know how to staff at peak times and stock a bank with supplies. If there was a bank run I have no doubt this branch would fail and go crying to the FDIC for help.

      I see the reviews and I get it man. Only two tellers with the line reaching all the way to the entrance. I waited 30 minutes to cash something in. I’m closing my account and switching to Wells Fargo because this isn’t the only BofA like this. Just awful.

      This bank and others just don't have enough tellers and I've never had so many problems getting a debt card.

      I need to integrate Quickbooks with my Bank of America accounts. It won't work. To see if it can be done, the phone hold times are an hour or more. Then they can't help you and transfer you on another hour or more phone hold. I still have no resolution. This is the poorest service I've gotten from any bank or any company ever. I will close my accounts and bank elsewhere.

      Until today I rated 5 stars. I was previously told by a employee that if I only needed quarters I can ask anyone for help and not stand in line. I have have been doing just that FOR MONTHS. Today line was crazy and everyone was busy. I asked a lady that came out of back office for help. She said I would have to ask someone if I could get in front of them in line. Yeah right...ridiculous. Maybe machine should give quarters so I wouldn't have to deal with lazy employees.

      Ridiculous, petty, Horrible service and they swear you’re a lying, Wednesday feb 20th. I used the atm trying to withdraw 40$ It flagged my account, still charged my account but never dispensed the money ok I called the number when receiving the text msg from bofa about fraud protection I quickly resolved the issue of flagging my account and spoke to him about the 40$ the atm never dispensed but still charged me he said it will be reversed later that day or latest by the following day. Later that night I used my account at McDonald’s and spent 15$ my account balance is now 00.26 ok come 11:30 pm Wednesday 20th feb I checked my account and the 40$ had still not been returned/ credited/ added to my account 21st Thursday 12:53 I check my account balance still 00.26 I go on bofa app and my statements are out of order in which they happened and one of the 40$ transactions had been removed ok I call the number again and speak with angel she tells me it was returned to my account and that there isn’t money missing from my account I mean let’s do the math 1:20 pm my balance is 87 I withdraw 40$ But nothing is dispensed ok so available now is 47$ I try it again and it works ok now available balance is 7$ I transfer 8$ from one account to this one and now it’s 15$ cause 7+8=15 I spent that at McDonald’s on available balance 00.26, at what point was the money ever returned? When did I ever get my money back where was it returned/credited/ added back? But they say I don’t have money missing . The feeling of trying to get 40$ back when they belong to you ”💁‍♂️🤦‍♂️“

      The BAD reviews outnumber the GOOD for this branch. SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG THERE. The manager of this branch is unethical and a liar. His business practices are under investigation. He has committed fraud and openly lied to my family. Go somewhere else to bank!
