  The bank is ok. My issue is that they need to have the lobby opened on Saturdays and not just the drive through. The lady at the drive through refused to cash my coins and told me to come back on Monday. No bank should refuse to NOT cash any deposits I want to make...period! Paper cash or coins. Money is money and you turned away my service, when I bank there. Also, the customer service is not always great every time I go. Especially, the drive through! It’s one particular lady that has a snooty attitude. If you don’t want to help, you need to stay home. Another family member of mines said the same thing. So, that’s how I feel about that.

  I love my credit union! They've never been anything but nice to me and all my loans in the last 10 years have been through them - car house and a HELOC.

  They're pretty decent establishment for the most part it only issue that I have is when I tried to call a few times before they closed they do not answer. If you dont close until 12pm on Saturday then I should be able to speak to someone at 11:45.
