  I’ve been going to this bank since we moved her in 2013 , but we only used it for shared banking but now we have an account. They dont do shared banking anymore. Anyway, I live how they remember their customer names and always friendly when you come int. Celene helped us out with an issue she was super nice and remembered me from my visits. She also took her time with us didnt rush and assisted with others things we didn’t really go there for.

  Kim is absolutely terrific! She took care of me years ago on a balance transfer and assisted me again this past week! She is amazing and even remembers me! 10/10 I would recommend this office!

  My experience was beyond horeible with Dawn. She is the worst. I wouldnt bank here. For me, this is a shared branch and I dont know what position "Dawn" holds, but she is inconsiderate and RUDE! However, since Dawn couldnt manage to get off of the phone, leaving Abby to service everyone, I didn't leave without assistance. Thanks Abby! She was amazing, helpful and kind.

  I've been banking here for the past 4 years or so, and have always been able to take care of all of my issues, great staff & great team. Always super friendly and really considerate as to me and my family. Makes my banking experience a breeze.

  I only bank here because it is a shared credit union with the credit union I bank with as mine isn't local. Every time I have gone into this branch, the customer service has been terrible. They don't acknowledge you and treat you as though you are bothering them. Not once have I left there feeling like I was liked, less more valued. I have actually switched to another banking institution to not have to deal with this further. Not what I would expect from a credit union at all.

  These guys are horrible! Customer service is severly lacking, and they carry an attitude that emulates "I'm better than you". Headed over there TODAY to pull my money out and close my account. I rather keep my money buried in the DIRT than do business with this POS institution.
