  Unique selection of items! Ever changing inventory as there are always new items when I visit. Fun to browse & window shop. Prices are very fair, reasonable. The owner, Mark, is welcoming, polite, charming & very helpful and makes every visit enjoyable. Personally I'm interested in cameras & jewelry; they always have the best vintage & modern selections of both. I have scored many of my favorite items here! Never a bad experience at this shop. I come in excited and leave satisfied 100% of the time...Highly recommend!

  I visited this place with an item I had no longer used and thought I could just make a quick buck and get rid of it. As I do with most my stuff...As I open the door the gentleman had seen what I was carrying and he instantly said NOPE as he pointed to the door. I couldn't get a word in I basically felt embarrassed. He then said bring gold and firearms and we'll help you out. I get he's straight forward and ain't trying to waste no one's time but I believe there was a better way to approach that. What if I did have a bunch of gold and firearms...because of his way of attacking the situation. He lost very good business. Poor customer service. No people skills.

  Bought a wood working router and found out when I got home that it was in fact, broken. Called the store and spoke with the owner and he told me to come back in and we would look at the broken router and give me my money back or swap it out. Lived up to his word. Product was in fact broken and the owner gave me another router. Very pleased with his customer service and his willingness to work with the customer. I'll be back in the future.

  Poor service with an even poorer attitude. I was treated very rudely for no apparent reason, while other pawn shop in town had great employees and REAL customer service skills. Neither shop bought what I was wanting to sell, but the other shop will continue to get my business.

  I just wanted to post for super pawn,saying that the people and this place have gone above and beyond as far as allowing me to get my gold chain back from them,even though i have gone past my due date and by all rights they could have put it up for sale.But instead they called me and gave me a choice of getting it back from them or letting it go. When i pawned my chain it was done because i was completely broke and had just gotten fired from my job there in Grand forks and had no way to get back home to portland oregon.At that point i had 30 days to pay off my loan and get my chain back,which was an inheritance from my father.My due date had come and gone and figured that i would never see that chain again.But a few weeks later they called and are now allowing me to pay it off and get my chain back.So as ive said these people have gone above and beyond for me.And for that i not only thank God,but i also want to say Thank you to super pawn and its employees.

  I went here after having it recommended by another store, I was looking for a coin for my girlfriend's collection, I checked the value after I bought it and saw that he gave me a very fair price, I didn't even try to haggle. very good first impression, will most likely come back

  Lowest interest rates in town! Very fair and lots of stuff that is different from most pawn ships for sale. Definitely going back with anticipation of what they have for sale next time.
