  Jay and Iver are wonderful and worked really hard to get me into a reliable car even when I thought it was impossible. They are personable and made me feel comfortable there, so the 5 hours didn't feel so long. I would recommend them to any of any friends of mine!

  Ivor was the best! He walked us through everything thoroughly and made sure we understood everything needed to walk out with a car. And as a plus, he is so energetic, its contagious. He has fun the entire time and it makes you feel comfortable. This branch went above beyond to make sure we got a car. Like 3 hours of time!

  I got the best service at carhop. Jay went above and beyond to make sure i got excatly what i was looking for. Also Hollie made sure i understood all terms and conditions. If you got bad credit and your really trying hard to straighten out your situation i highly recommend Evergreen Carhop. Ask for Jay, hes amazing. Thank you Carhop!!!

  Always a great experience. This is the 2nd time we have bought from Car Hop in Everett. Aaron and Jay have to seriously be the coolest guys to sell cars. They were amazing, listened to what we were looking for and even were able to push our payment out to our next payday. If you need help building your credit, PLEASE GO SEE THESE 2 GUYS! If they can make it happen for us they can make it happen for you. We drove away in Ford Escape same day and with relief and zero anxiety that were being sold a piece of junk. They really make sure their vehicles are up to participate and ready to go for you and your family. You guys rocked and your customer service was beyond incredible. Thanks Aaron and Jay for all your help

  We were in need of an suv and got exactly what we wanted thanks to the help of Jay and Hollie. The customer service here is amazing and I’m a repeat customer purchasing my 2nd vehicle I have no complaints at all. All questions and concerns I had prior to trading were answered right away. If your thinking of purchasing from carhop definitely come to the Everett location. Thanks again to Jay and Hollie!

  I have been a good customer of carhop for to years at the Bellingham Washington branch. Not this branch in Everett Washington. I went there and financed a car. Got 5 miles down the road to where the car overheated. Got stranded in Everett. Called the manager of the store Jay Reyes . Told him what happened and he told me to call a phone number he gave me that they could help. I was told by this garage that they could not help me. Called Jay Reyes the manager back he would not answer the phone. So I got stranded in Everett. So I had to put money out of my pocket for a motel room Water radiator fluid etc. got back to the store the next day to see what my options were. At that point I was going to have them have a mechanic look at the car to see what was wrong with it. I made one comment and not a rude manner that it seemed funny I did not think that that car engine was looked at because I only got 5 miles down the road. Then the carhop manager of Everitt carhop Jay Reyes reply to me and beyond a rude manner that the car was Looked at. And that I could take my vehicle back and just leave. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life . Thank God at least his staff has the concept of customer service . Hollie Fisher really pleasant to work with. But her hands are tied because she is not the manager of the store. My opinion and only opinion I would not patronize this store. Go to another carhop the company themselves are amazing. They just need a new manager that knows what customer service means at the Everett carhop

  I made an online inquiry late one evening and was contacted the next day by a very friendly woman named Flo. She reviewed a few things with me and worked with my work schedule. I went to CarHop that evening after work and Jay stayed late to help me. Due to how late it already was, I came back the next evening to finish the process. Jay and Eric listened to my concerns, requests and even chatted about family. They were so friendly, easygoing and open to hearing my back story, not just looking at my poor credit score. I purchased a vehicle with them and have had no concerns or complaints. They are wonderful!

  I had lost my trust in car dealerships because of a bad experience. I found my faith again thanks to Ivor Williams, at CarHop in Everett. The process was so clear and easy; if you are in need of a new car go to CarHop and ask for Ivor, you will be glad you did. There should be more than 5 stars the experience was just that great...my family is very happy with our choice, thank you Ivor!
