Dorian Joosten1I would give it a minus 1 star if I could. The Human Resources Representative was extremely rude to me. They offered me the job and she (HR) was so unprofessional and had the worst attitude. I’m sorry but that attitude doesn’t make you better than me or anyone else. Zero professionalism or work ethic whatsoever. They treat you like they’re doing you a huge favor when in reality it’s an exchange of services. I’m glad I walked out of the place. NOT WORTH THE TIME. There’s other places with employees with manners and respectful.

edward jennings5I worked there 6 years, was top collector for the month, for entire call center of over 150 employees at the time, for 3 times! I made good money with bonuses and the management staff were all pretty fair, positive and did not micro-manage their people, which was nice having some freedom. I only quit to find something else to do but would highly recommend it, especially Tim Hannon, my manager. Thanks for the memories!- Ed Jennings

Rocky Road Adventures1God awful. So let's start with this I got hired. They said be here Monday at 8am business casual. So after thoroughly researching what clothes are included in that I decided on a pair of dark denim jeans and a collard shirt. They also said to bring my social security card. I showed up Monday morning. I did not have my SS card. It happened to be locked in my buddies unpaid storage unit and looking online social security said they have other ways for an employer to verify so I figured I'd be good. They wanted me to go to the social security office and get a new one... no problem. Then as I was leaving another lady came out and said "oh its business casual dress too, I don't know if that was explained to you but you need slacks and dress shoes. So I said OK so you mean business professional? She said no that would be like a coat and tie. So I said my apologies and left. Never to return again. Best thing I ever did. They were rude and snobby. Not to mention never said a word to the girl in flip flops. Equal employment my butt.

Kim Salyer5I spoke with a young lady named Mandy Nash! She was not only kind energetic - knowledgeable but very enthusiastic & THOROUGH with explaining the job description/requirements. Many people who have a lot of repetition; working customer service seem bored or irritated but I can honestly say, Mandy seemed to GENUINELY care about me & she truly enjoys the job that she's doing. It seemed she felt very proud & passionate about the job : it made me feel that way about it too. I can only HOPE, she gets feed-back of this review/comment. I especially hope some accolades are shown towards Mandy. WONDERFUL job picking her for this recruiting position with your company❕

charmaine udom5Well i worked for GC Service in Saint Louis and i loved it. Was kinda intimidating Yes but so were the Professionals that held you to a higher stsndard maybe higher than some used to. I worked in Fraud dept. It was simple easy loved the food court there. Idk how Az has it but you can Always try Great benefits too. But i must say there is a thin line in what people here consider business and casual here i see people wearing sandles in the office one time Jeans im like come on the style not that hard to follow.

Janet Ferrin Nachreiner1Unless your extremely desperate stay away from this company. The politics and no d games played are like 3rd grade. The supervisors don't take the job seriously and allow you to fail. I hired in a class of 25 and when I walked after 3 no the there was 1 other employee left. Worst job I've ever had.

Caitlin Dees1A complete disregard for employee safety during a pandemic. This is a company that does NOT require onsite employees, yet they refuse to make accommodations for working from home. Known COVID cases and they’re still slow to take responsibility for their employees’ health. A complete disregard for human life in favor of profit. Sickening.

Arm Jim141Got an interview and I happily left knowing I do not want to work for them. The person interviewing me was rude and didn't even seem like he was interested in knowing me. This is an absolute last resort option.
