  I have dealt with this company for over 4 years. Mr Linwood has always been straight up with me. Even in hard times they have worked with me. All it takes is a little bit of communication.

  I applied for a loan online, my information was lost, I spoke with Linwood at the Greenville, NC office who asked me to reapply, which I did. He told me he would call me back in 15 minutes only for me to have to chase him for 2 hours the following day because he never called me back the day before. They finally call me back and tell me that they couldnt help me, they didnt ask any questions about my credit just told me i was denied, i called back and spoke with Linwood again and tried to explain to him that my information was breached due to the Equifax issues (there is a open lawsuit at this time and I have already applied for the settlement). To make a long story short , nasty people, rude, unconcerned, they do not care and i will never recommend them to anyone.. even if they were down to their last dime. For every good review that they have they have at least 10 bad ones and those odds just dont add up. We cant all be wrong about them..

  This facility does not even deserve one star. I am a single mother who works 40 plus hours a week and is in nurse practitioner school. I have and am doing my absolute best and this company treats me as a criminal. They call my entire family and give out my personal information and they physically drive to my house and put threatening and demeaning letters in my door when I'm not home. Let's also keep in mind I am a little over thirty days behind, that is it. They are already threatening to take me to court. Please do not partake in any kind of business with this company.

  I found out they have been harrassing my family and friends trying to contact me. When I gave them contact information for myself the last time I spoke with them (address). Had someone search and search until they found a temporary phone number for me and claims his name is Brad, that was calling from the Kinston office.. Asking me personal information like why did I move all the way to Pa, asked if I was following a man. Last I checked that had nothing to do with anything I owe them. They also still expect me to pay for a vehicle I volunteered to take back because I found out the car wasn't even worth what they charged me for it. Stay away from this place. They will harrass you. They will cheat you.. Make sure you keep up with all receipts from them. Record any communication you may have with them.

  This company is a company in wolves clothing, thought they was okay until i brought a truck from this company...it has problems from day one... Dont promise customers something you dont have no intentions on delivering. Long story short i reported them to the BBB of greenville, it took all that just for them to pick up a truck he promised to fix but still i was going to pay for...wrong and wrong woman ...i guess i wasnt as ignorant as they thought i was

  I have received phones calls from this company asking me to contact a friend for them. I refuse to do so, they have called me several times from a different phone number each time. They call me because I am a reference for this person, sooooo.....what gives them the right to call me looking for my friend? So I kindly asked the representative to stop calling me, well....he got a little attitude about it so I hung up on him.

  Branch manager himself will claim he has ur best interest when u hit a hard time and go right behind your back and file a judgement. DO NOT do business with them he is a liar!

  I've been dealing with this company for years never had any problems. When you fall on hard times, as long as you keep in contact with them, they will work with you. Terry is the greatest.

  So they financed me a car the car got total they got paid the book value of the car so car is paid off they turn round and put repo on my credit To get more money out of me could now show my Attorny no paper work of why they need 18000$ for a car that was sold for 10,500 they got paid that these people are scammers (STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE )

  Did application online Monday next day saw missed call with voicemail so I called back and asked for representative before I can finish my sentence she cut me off and said No were not going to be able to help you which is fine but why ciut me off
