They should make Cecilia Medina the manager instead of whoever they have “running” things. I walked in and waited 15-25 minutes just to cash a check and Cecilia was the only representative out the 5 on the floor and who know knows how many employees were in the building. She was also training one other person and was very pleasant when I approached her. She was the only one working to get the line of 3, which then turned into 7/8 by the time I got up there, all because the associates were apparently assigned other tasks.

This has to be the worst bank in Pitt county! Maybe the state! LONG wait times anytime of day, inside & drive thru IF you can get in before they close at 4:00. Thank goodness I only have a credit card with BOA, I couldn't image giving them my money to take care of.

Expect the worst banking experience ever! Like all Bank Of America locations, the average customer can expect to be treated similar to being in the DMV unless you take their bait and open up an account which if you do prepare to pay HUGE FEES for services 99% of other banks offer their customers for free. I just left this location to cash a check for $100.00 that I received from my mother for my birthday who lives in, New York State. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes and being one of two people in line with three tellers open, I signed the check and handed it to the teller with my ID and all was well until she asked me if ‘ I had an account with BOA,’ when I said NO, she asked me if I wanted to open one to which I said “no thank you, but my mother has several accounts since 2003.” At that time the teller handed me the check back and said unless I open an account I will NOT be able to cash the check because the check was written to cash but, if I opened an account NO PROBLEM she would cash the check. Well, I can list a hundred reasons as to why I would NEVER do business with BOA, and this experience not only reinforces my reasoning but also makes 101 reasons WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICA OR THEIR AFFILIATES! What bank would ever impose a fee or jeopardize the relationship between the bank customer who wrote the check and the person cashing it FOR A HUGE FEE AMONG OTHER THINGS.. Tried to call the branch manager but NO ONE answers the phone which the system then just abruptly drops your call after ringing about 8 times. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.. 🙄🙄

The terrible reviews for this location is spot on. I scheduled a Saturday 9:30am appointment at this branch one day before. When I arrived for my appointment, the bank was not even open. A sign posted at the door said it opens at 9:00a on Saturday. People were waiting outside and cars forming a line for the drive-thru. I don’t understand how this location is still in business or how the branch manager(s) condone this type of poor service. Totally unprofessional. We took our business across the street to BB&T who were amazing!

I had an appointment today at that location and the guy standing by the door lied and said there is no appointment under my name and after waiting in the line for an hour I found out I did have an appointment which had to be canceled because I was late and I had to wait another hour before someone was able to see me. The staff does not care about clients and unfortunately that is the only location currently in Greenville. I am transferring my account to another bank.

Obviously poorly managed. I understand Covid has impacted everyone but this many months into it and it’s no better than when it started. I got in line for the drive through I was 4 cars back. 30 minutes later with 2 small kids in the vehicle and my line had not moved even 1 car! To say I’m extremely unhappy and very frustrated is an understatement. I’m absolutely going to be switching banks maybe if enough people leave they can properly manage their establishment.

Take your money home and put it in a box under your bed - your life will be much easier that way!! Incompetent is the first word that comes to mind with this place, slow would be the next and infuriating would be another. There is ONE person who works in this branch that is intelligent, customer-centered and works very hard and that's Cecelia, the rest are just useless! One person can't do it all though, so take your business and money somewhere else!

      Response from the owner

Hi Erin. Thanks for letting us know how helpful Cecelia is during your financial center visits. We are sorry that we do not always meet your expectations. Your feedback is very important to us and we would like the opportunity to speak with you. Google should add the option of 0 and minus stars. Every single time I come here, the line is out the door. Last time I had to wait outside and it took 56 minutes until I was called to the window!!!! Literally one person is working and I asked twice why only one employee is working and they say "we had a lot of call outs today". What is the management for? To get paid and not do their job?!!! Bank of America is doing a very very poor job!

Worse branch of Bank of America I have ever visited. The staff is inept to the point of being an embarrassment to the rest of Bank of America. They seem to do their best at finding reasons to fail, rather than finding solutions. Special note for LACK of customer focus is Claudia Aranda. I am surprised that she is allowed to represent Bank of America in any capacity.

If it was possible to give NEGATIVE stars, I would. Ridiculous, ATM Down. Just wanted some cash. Stood in line 30 mins to go inside. Moved up one person in 30 mins. A bank employee was monitoring the line in the door, but not helping anyone. Left line and went to drive thru and drove right up to kiosk, but sat there waiting for my cash another 15 mins. 45 min to get cash from MY account.
