  Katie is a fantastic loan officer to do a deal with on a loan. We work some crazy hours and the run of the mill 9-5 hours wouldn’t work for us. NO problem Katie works just as hard so she makes the deal happen no matter how late it gets to be. On top of being there when you need it, this was also the smoothest car deal I’ve ever done. Then when the deal was done you could hear the joy in Katie’s voice that we got what we wanted. Passion people that’s what makes you good at what you do!! Thanks Katie!! I’ve dealt with this credit Union for years and you will not find one better!! It really has that hometown bank feel.

  Omg I just going to give up. Been having such a hard time finding a great bank and help with financing my car. Man Katie was a definite lifesaver! She was extremely kind and patient! And did more than the bare minimum to assist me. She went out of her way to make sure that getting this car or a car would be a great experience! I will be informing my people of them

  First flight changed their phone system & I havnt been able to check my ballance in over a week & if I go to a outside ATM it charges me a few. I hope this gets fixed or it may make me close my account.

  What kind of bank will not give you change for a $20 bill because you are not a member. Unbelievable! First Flight is not much of a bank, they need to come back down to earth. Apparently they are not interested in new customers. I could have become one.....

  My experience with obtaining a loan through First Flight Credit Union has been the best ever! They came highly recommended from a friend and did not disappoint. From my first phone call to inquire about rates and loan possibilities to being able to close the loan using DocuSign, this process has been smooth and clear. Katie has been so helpful and willing to answer every question and go above and beyond my expectations. She definitely made me feel like "family". I definitely plan to continue with this bank.

  We're new in North Carolina and we needed a good bank. When we walked through the door at our branch in Greenville, NC, we were greeted warmly by the staff. We had to have some complicated transactions as we were buying a home and we were taken care of so efficiently and kindly by both managers and tellers. I enjoy coming to the bank because I am made to feel welcome and frankly, be treated like an old friend. It's been years since we came across a bank that was more than the sum of its computers. Most banks are impersonal, without much of a human connection. First Flight is a place where you get to know the staff and know that they'll handle your business well. I highly recommend it!

  This Bank has the worst customer service. I was a member of this bank years ago . I left them and went back. Worst mistake I have ever done. Back in the day they was really good and they helped you in anyway they could . But now they don't care about their customers. I had the worse experience with this bank I would never go back there if this was the last bank on earth!!! I went to another Credit union and having a better experience. If I could give u no stars I would ! Horrible bank !

  Always good customer service. Could use more ATM options. Not many FF ATMs around and the charges when traveling outside the area double the norm.
