  Set up a small business account with Karla. She then flagged my account for no known reason, and got my account closed after waiting 2 months with my cash in limbo and no way to defend myself. Thanks for going out of your way to screw me, completely unfounded. Will never use US Bank again.

  I love most of the staff here! Lisa and Myra are always very helpful and accommodating . Philip the manager always greets with a smile and does not mind getting up from his desk to open the security door when the lock button fails. 👍🏼😁 Thanks Philip!

  Attempted to make an after hours cash deposit at the US Bank drive thru ATM. Machine takes the deposit, and begins opening and shutting the deposit mechanism. All I am left with is a screen prompt, unable to process deposit. Calling the service number on the receipt, I was told that the credit process could take 10-45 days. As a customer, you may want to think twice about the use of this ATM.

  Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any Bank. Nobody was friendly in any way, bank was dirty inside and the cash manager seemed not to know what he was doing at all. Terrible location so try another if you can.

  Let first of tell u how bad the service was after signing up,im new to banking so unfortunately the first time i had a over withdrawal fee they took care of it, but i never knew when u tip some one it takes 3 days to be token out ur bank, then the atm machi.es i always knew they charged 3 dollars or something but never did i know that the bank charges to so i ended up with 2 35 dollar over withdrawal fees im like what im wasent aware of the hidden fees, efren the bank manager said "oh well we havent established a relationship u havent been with us to long to waive those" LOOK IM NEW TO BANKING OBVIOUSLY IF I BEEN BANKING FOR A WHILE I WOULDENT NEED TO HAVE U WAIVE.NOTHING BEACUSE I WULD BE FULLY AWARRE OF THOSE HIDDEN FEES DUHH,IM NEW U SHOULD HELP ME BEACUSE I DONT KNOW THESE THINGS LOOK BUDDY ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE,HOW SAD N I ACTUALLY LIKED THEM IM GOING BACK TO CASH, PEACE, DONT GET US BANK EVER

  This is a racist bank I will never come here again the manager Irene refuse to help me out after my account got fraud which isn’t my fault and she was rude so I went to the Montclair us bank and they open my new account no problem
