  I could give Freedom Credit Union a 10 Star I would. The best place to receive awesome customer service, to easily get a loan. Love going to Freedom CU, every time I walk in someone greets me and always helpful extremely excellent service. Lupe Rodriguez is amazing!!! She has helped out family to get our loans, always kind, lovable, helpful like a mom :) she really cares for her clients, Thank you Lupe for all you have help us.

  Thanks to Freedom Credit Union who continuously go above and beyond for their clients. We love how friendly and personable they are anytime you come in, drive thru or call. Today during the middle of a closing, our title company needed us to wire our funds verses accepting our cashiers check. In a short moments notice and quick phone call to Ken, they were able to help us get the wire processed over the phone and sent out to our title company immediately! Talk about customer service at its best! Thank you Freedom Credit Union! We will always be proud to be FCU clients and part of your community. D. Bird

  I truly love Freedom Credit Union, My husband and I have been banking here for about 10 yrs. We have moved out of Provo but have no intentions of changing banks, their app is awesome, the people are super great! I will and HAVE recommended them to friends and family! They can take care of any of my banking, auto loans, personal loans that I have needed!

  I have been a member of this AMAZING credit union since 1979. It is hard to find the words that adequately express how wonderful the employee's are or that their service is out of this world and bar none the very BEST!! Without a doubt, the most valuable banking decision my family and I have made is the decision to keep our accounts and relationships with Stacy, Lupe, Suzanne, Ken and the whole Freedom CU Family!!

  I have had nothing but great service from Freedom C.U. I have taken out two auto loans and it could not have been easier. When I call in its like they already know what I need before I even ask and their interest rates are super competitive. I have been a member of another credit union in town for over 30 years and they still treat me like a number! I am switching all of my accounts to Freedom CU and never looking back!

  I'm like small potatoes in the financial world yet this Credit Union staff makes me feel important ALL the time. Thank you Ken, Stacey, Lupe, Suzanne, and the entire staff. My husband really needs to jump over to Freedom Credit Union.. His credit union folks don't even know his name! Kudos to you all!

  Love Freedom Credit Union! The staff at Freedom are very helpful and they genuinely care about the financial needs of their customers. They have an awesome summer breakfast with lots of prizes for members and their families, they constantly offer great deals on loans, and every member is family. You won't get that at Wells Fargo or UCCU!!!
