  I’ve always been impressed with the excellent customer service we’ve received at Utah First but my experience with them today was even more amazing. My husband and I went in to refinance our truck and the entire process was completed within about 15 minutes!! Steven was friendly and helpful and I could not believe how fast and easy it was and we got a much better interest rate than we’d had before!! Thanks so much!!!!

  Jennifer Taylor was amazing! She was always super helpful and friendly. Jennifer always went the extra mile when I had questions or concerns about my auto loan. 💯% recommend!

  Utah First Credit Union is by far the best financial institution I’ve been apart of. I’ve banked at several others, and Utah First exceeds them by far. If you want quick, friendly, efficient service then this is the place for you. Everyone is very pleasant and easy to work with, lots of great communication and follow up. Both Stephen and Brittney especially are very well versed in their field and were a pleasure to work with.

  Working with Utah First Credit Union was the best financial decision I've yet made. I have found their financial advisers, loan consultants, and other personnel to be among the most professional and courteous folks I've ever worked with. I used to feel like less-than-a-number when dealing with banks - Utah First Credit Union makes me feel like a friend, or a member of their family. I recently worked with Steven (in their Provo branch) regarding a personal loan, and he was knowledgeable, positive, and extremely helpful. I've never been more appreciative of a relationship with any financial institution - thank you, Utah First!

  I just have to say I have never had a more pleasant and easy experience, talking with Jennifer T was amazing she was so friendly and honestly made my life so much easier, she was quick to help me, she took her time to answer and help with all my questions which took some time but she didn’t try to rush me and was very professional. Overall I’m very pleased with the service I’ve had with Utah First Credit Union.
