  I used Steven for a refinance and he gave me a great rate, better than anybody else. I had started the process with Chase and they were offering 3.25% for no points on a 30 yr fixed and Steven was able to get me 2.75% for no points. He was super responsive and we closed in two weeks. Will definitely use again!

  Steven was exceptional! I started the refinance process with several big mortgage companies, only to find the costs and final mortgage payment were not what I had been led to believe. I decided to not refinance and then remembered that I had received info from a mortgage broker and called him. He did an incredible job and helped me throughout the process. When we had our closing (done at our home), the agent was so impressed with the rate and closing costs (said she had never seen such a good rate or low costs) she asked for Steven's contact info. We have the info to her, and sure enough, she contacted Steven and had him refinance her house. I will never purchase another home without contacting Steven. I know we save because he is a broker and does not work for the mortgage companies, he works for you and helped us find the best rate and costs. Thanks Stephen!

  I've been though several dozen closings in my life and this was the smoothest and easiest of all. Steven is responsive no matter the day of the week and his mortgage software platform takes all the hard work out of the application and process. Steven is our forever Go-to guy for us and that's the first time I can say that about any broker.

  Quick, fast, intelligent, and easy to work with. No hassle and straight to the point. I really liked working with him. Few kinks but he was communicative and explained everything to the point that I needed them to. Refinanced a FHA loan with a silent loan. Others were a bit hesitant but Steven just jumped in and said no issue, will do it. Closed early enough to even avoid an extra month of PMI.
