Peyton Chambers5I was going to leave only 1 Star because the employees didn’t call me and remind me to pay my bill ...but then it hit me that it’s my job to remember to pay my bills- not theirs!!! So instead, I will leave 5 stars for great service and friendly staff! Jason helped me pick out a James Avery charm for my daughter. Very nice guy! I will be returning!

Chris Adams5Been using Wild Bills since I moved to Abilene and I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Every time i need quick cash they are always there to help out. They've given me the most for my gold necklace out of any place around. When i tried taking it down the road to check on the price i immediately came back to Wild Bills.

Jason Miller1I've been here four times, and of those four times I got ripped off 2 and one of the times I didn't buy anything or I probably would have got ripped off as well. The only time I didn't get ripped off I bought guitar picks... Smh! I bought a vacuum cleaner and was told that I had a warranty on it to bring it back if there was any problems, they say they test everything but this vacuum cleaner they must have just turned it on to see if it made noise because it would not vacuum. Whenever I brought it back to get my money back they explained to me then that they do not refund money and they only offer store credit, well every time I go in there trying to spend my store credit all they have in the store is junk and other stuff that I fear will not work as well! I do not recommend shopping here ever!!!
Response from the ownerI would like to know more details. If you are going to make a claim like this it would make more sense if you told when, how, and why you think you did and bring it to the attention of management. After that, I might be able to make some kind of understanding why you think so. Personally, if I thought I had been "ripped off" after a first visit I would not want to take the risk of going back and having it happen again.

Derrell Weatherman1Only after your money. They don’t care about their customers. Everyone that works there has a bad attitude. The employees are careless. One shattered my daughters smart tv and then they tried to come out smelling like roses by replacing it with a “supposed” better one (that’s yet to be seen, we’re going to pick the tv up today and will find out). However, then they intentionally didn’t give my daughter her reminder call about having missed a payment last month so that they could sell her stuff and make back the money they lost on the tv they had to give her. They’re even lying and saying they did call when we have phone records to prove otherwise. I guess good for them for figuring out how to save a buck. Too bad they didn’t realize how much business that would cost them in the long run! Now my family won’t be using them anymore because we now know what low life scammers these people are. Don’t let them steal from you! Take your business elsewhere! If you ever find yourself needing assistance from the manager there, GOOD LUCK! He doesn’t care! He’ll just tell you they aren’t required to do anything for their customers and call you a liar. He doesn’t care about losing future business. Go support a business that cares about its customers. Wild Bill’s Pawn DOES NOT!!

Rebecca W1I had been a loyal customer to Wild Bills for years. I always pawned my televisions with them and kept up with my payments. They were always wonderful about calling me to remind me that I had a payment due. Recently, I had a pawn ticket open with them on a television and a PlayStation 4. Well, I fell on hard times and needed to pawn a second tv that I own. So I went in to pawn that one day, and the employee dropped it and shattered the screen. Now, they did go ahead and replace the tv for me.. so I was thinking, “wow. This place really does take care of its customers.” But low and behold, I just called to check in on my two pawn tickets to see when payments were due because I felt like it had been awhile since they had called me.... and guess what I was told? Apparently I missed a payment last month on my ticket that had both a tv and a PlayStation 4. So they sold them.... however, here’s the kicker, last month was the FIRST month in YEARS that they failed to make a courtesy call to me about my ticket. Does anyone else find it strange that the first month in history that they failed to call me about a payment just happened to be IMMEDIATELY after they were forced to give me a new tv? Seems quite convenient that they ended up not losing money on the tv they had to give me because they just decided to turn around and sell my stuff right out from under me by not calling me like they ALWAYS HAD. SLIMY LOW LIFE LOSERS ARE ALL THAT WORKS HERE. I will never do business with them again. They are snakes that make you think they care about their customers, when ultimately they’re just out for a buck in any sleazy way they can. I wasn’t even offered any assistance by management after explaining that I had received no phone call last month. I just kept being told “that’s a courtesy thing. We don’t have to do it.” And just kept ignoring a deeply upset customers pleas of “but when you’ve always done that for me, and then you just randomly don’t one month, how was I supposed to know?” At one point he told me “you should’ve had it written down”. Well apparently I should’ve been prepared for them to try and scam me after having to fork over a tv to me due to pure employee negligence. I don’t know how the manager sleeps at night. What a low life bunch of losers.

PitStop Roadside1Never really had good experience here. But today was the day we learned that the staff will just play games with you when you’re in need and don’t really care. They’re just up for messing with their potential customers. Never going back to this place. I’ll keep my business at the Danville location.

Bryan Robeson5Great knowledgeable staff. Everything I looked at looked like quality items. Talked with a young lady named Marissa about a Glock 23 that they had, she impressed me greatly with her knowledge of the handgun. Will return here for sure.
