  Shelbi contacted me within an hour of submitting my auto loan application and was readily available via text/ email/ or phone call throughout the process, which only took a couple of days start to finish. With a 1.9% finance rate, super friendly customer service, and streamlined online process, I wouldn’t go through anyone else but ATFCU!

  I recently bought my third vehicle through ATFCU and can not imagine using anyone else. I really appreciate having someone (Amanda) stay with me through the process and able to answer any and all questions I have, along with the overall professionalism was reassuring. No one can touch there rates nor there costumer experience. Something else to note is I now live in Arizona and they are still able to service my auto loans.

  ATFCU has always treated me like royalty! They always help me weigh my options and present me with new ones. My personal banker Melissa Lunsford was very responsive and actively listened to all my needs. I have been backing with ATFCU for 3 years and I will never go anywhere else!

  I really dislike car buying and this was my first time to have to do it all on my own. Kelsea helped me so much. She made it so easy on me and she explained the whole process as we went along. I will always use Abilene Teachers as long as they will have me.

  As to the experience of working with Your finance officer Terrah , she made the process of purchasing a vehicle go smoothly . Even though we had already agreed on a different car , she was able to go back and adjust the paper work . Additionally she answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. Therefore I was able to move forward promptly, and be finished. I see as Terrah Hobgood being a valuable asset to your bank.
