  I had been trying to log in to check my account on the app. I called several times to AFCU Pine st.. and they were rude and were and didn't care to help. They said we don't know what to tell you other than come up here. I live in Hawley. So I decided to call AFCU Catclaw the teller actually took her time to help me. She reset the pass word and gave it to me so could actually go through the process of logging in. It took maybe 5 min. AFCU Pine has horrible people working there.

  Overall 5 stars with a few hiccups over the years, but that is to be expected. They are human, after all. I wish Misty still worked with customers, she was the best!

  Dishonest people. A little research will show that they're extremely biased. It's pretty transparent. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned finances elsewhere.

  Which credit union because; They had no time for me. I'd been waiting while. I'd been with this credit union for 18 years. That sure sounds terrible.

  Rude rude rude people. They all act like they do not have the time of day for you and get aggravated if you have a genuine question. While the other tellers whisper and look at you. They have ben rude at nearly every location I've ben to. I would not use this credit union unless you have too.

  If your debit card is stolen, this credit union will allow the thieves to take whatever they can and then you have to dispute the payments. They will NOT stop the payments beforehand. They say this is, "Mastercard's policy, not ours"....as if we are stupid. We aren't stupid. This credit union will do NOTHING to protect your money, and will argue with you about how they are right and YOU are wrong. Beware!

  They charged off my account years ago even though I had funds not negative and good standing. They do not care about people unless you have money. Shame on you!

  I LOVE everything about this bank! I have been a member a little over 10 years now so I know they have great customer service, awesome rates and friendly staff I couldn't ask for more from my bank!

  On the brink of cutting them loose, ATCU lets you deposit 2 days early on any check, this place does not. was five stars for me, not anymore, pick up the pace fafcu
