  Where is the diversity in this office and with this company. I see no African Americans in none of the offices I visit. They also need diversity training and customer service training at this branch. When you pull up to the window or come in they don't greet and then look at you like you ain't supposed to be there. I have called and spoke to the manager over this branch several times about how his staff like to profile. It's funny to me bc I'm sure I make more 🤑🤑 than most of them and my credit is awesome, so keep profiling. My major accts is not with this credit union anyway. I don't spend or deposit my money with people that don't understand that the world is sooo diverse and who are so unprofessional and rude they show what they think or how they feel, it's your job be professional and treat everyone equal.

  The staff at this branch are friendly and knowledgeable. They are excited about being in the area and it shows by the enthusiasm they give when opening accounts, servicing accounts and presenting new products. I recommend this branch/credit union to anybody looking to build a lasting relationship with a financial institution.

  In my eyes, there is no other bank better than FFCU! They’ve seen me through multiple vehicle loans and routine banking transactions for which I’m super thankful for. The staff is always courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better banking experience!

  The building is beautiful. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They offer a lot of account and loan services as well as insurance and investment products. I highly recommend this credit union.

  The people there are very friendly and are very nice. The building is very very nice and in a growing location. I have and will keep on recommending it to people that are looking for a bank or credit union.
