We had never purchased a home before and were a bit intimidated by the complexity and uncertainties of qualifying for a mortgage. Our realtor recommended we talk to Chris and Debbie. They were instrumental in our ability to buy our first home and also recently handled a re-fi we did on the same home to take advantage of lower interest rates.
