  We used Chris and Debbie for our original mortgage and reached out to them again twice over the last year about a refinance. They always answered my questions patiently, and didn't get frustrated when our first attempt at a refinance didn't go (as it did not meet our needs at the time) or when they had to complete extra paperwork due to our names being on family homes. When the rates changed yet again and we contacted them a second time, Chris was more than happy to run all the numbers again and walk us through our options. This time it did meet our needs and we were able to do a painless refinance (although minus the hot cookies we had at our original closing due to this darn Coronavirus!) I have referred Chris to friends and feel confident doing so.
