Alex Lippincott1I never write reviews but I feel a genuine obligation to warn people against using this place for their banking. People here seem kind but also very incompetent. I feel bad saying this but the terrible service wasn't just irritating, it impacted my business and caused some real (avoidable) financial hurdles. I was only trying to get a basic account to perform very basic functions for my small business, but you would have thought I was trying to shuffle money between off shore Swiss bank accounts with how difficult and complicated everything was. I spent many hours in person at this location and many more on hold with folks who (were again very nice, but) weren't able to answer super duper basic questions until finally now after one very frustrating month I am closing my account and going to another bank.

Kyle Kerstiens1I have been waiting almost a month for a replacement card this is totally unacceptable. What a joke when I can buy something from overseas and have it here sooner. Bellco is an ok bank but the customer service is terrible, go somewhere else, also the debit cards you get from the branches may last 2 months. Everything they offer is garbage find a different bank

Agent O1To get anything fixed is like pulling teeth. The online banking and the phone app are worthless and the bank fixed all security issues to a landline phone. Even though I asked for all issues to be directed to my mobile phone. They only seem to be open when you're at work. And nothing can be done about it.

L G1Mathew is something else! Need to listen to your bank members when they’ve confirmed the identity of the person cashing the check! I’ve never been left waiting for SO long, he just disappeared into the back, argued with the member who wrote the check, while she confirmed my identity, and I still left without getting it cashed. Sound like good customer service you? I had several forms of I.d. My driver hesitated taking me because it took them 25 minutes to cash her check the last time. And how long was I in there? 25 minutes! super weird experience.

Fity2Atey -5Bellco honored my appointment, got me set up with, Lexi lucero who helped me get my car refinanced without a pain. Was a smooth process, made sure i understood everything as we went, and also gave other financial advise. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Christopher Kullman1The most incompetent bunch of people I've ever experienced in the bank world. Beware, they tell you they're going to do one thing and do something entirely different. My wife and I had nothing but issues with this branch for 2 years now. They messed up our joint and personal accounts on so many levels we're pulling the plug with them. Absolutely disgusted

Matthew Nelson1I don’t know who thought it would be a good idea to take already restricted banking hours and reduce them to 4 hours open a day but they sure did. They’ll say it’s for the “health and safety of our customers and associates during these uncertain times“ but why did they wait until January (10 months) to implement this change?

Beginning today, February 16, Bellco branches will operate with expanded lobby hours. Amy N5I have never had a bad experience at this location. Everyone is always helpful and kind. I was impressed with their safety features during this time. I easily made an appointment online and went in and was helped quickly. I recommend you do your research about their policies before you show up it makes it easier to avoid lines and confusion. I will say that sometimes I have issues with the cards and the call center, but I haven’t had issue with this location.
