  John made the process of getting a mortgage for our first home a very smooth and easy experience. He was very attentive and did a great job walking us through every step with clear explanations which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Fortress and would definitely use again in the future if the need arises.

  John was great to work with. He responded to all questions in a timely manner (normally same day, even on weekends). He was able to secure me with a great rate, despite my lower down payment. I would highly recommend you use his services!

  John responded to an inquiry I put out on LendingTree. I was very pleased with John's assistance. He landed a great rate with low closing costs. His communication was timely and on-point - he kept me informed throughout the process, even when the lender got a bit picky on some documentation requirements. John kept the process moving, and we got our lock at the perfect time. I am grateful for John's diligence in keeping the lender's origination process moving along, as I have read many reviews of the lender we used where they let the process stall and people lost their rate lock. For us the process was seamless. Five stars.

  We were referred to Fortress Home Mortgage by our friends who worked with John Sarkisian. We are first time home buyers and were successful in purchasing our new home with a minimal down payment.   I originally worked with John of Fortress Home Mortgage to buy my first home not only did he walk me through the entire process and answered all of my questions he was patient and worked his butt off to get me the best lone possible. He did more to reassure a nervous first time home buyer than I ever expected. Fast forward 6 years and I need a refi to pay for some much needed home upgrades he not only got me a better deal then my current mortgage company he walked me through the process of stopping my current loan. He yet again worked his magic got more more money, better rates and lower closing costs and a few other bonuses on top of the loan. I have not only used John for my original mortgage and refi but have recommended him to any and everyone looking to buy a home or anything mortgage related. Very Highly Recommended!!!

  Refinanced my primary residence with Fortress Home Mortgage and the results were very successful! The communication throughout the process was excellent. My loan app required a second appraisal, and it was paid for on my behalf by Fortress. My loan officer, John Sarkisian, navigated my file from start to finish and I am extremely happy with the final product. John's knowledge and service approach is second to none.
