  Selling our home (as is) to Cash For My Home Now was absolutely great. After the walk through, an offer was made that was in our price range, and within a few days we signed a purchase order and closed a few dats later. Everything was very professional and seamless. Every time I needed to talk to someone or get a question answered they responded immediately via phone call or text. All phone and in person conversations were very professional and courteous.   I applied for a home. It took a while because of the holidays and originally I had left a 3 star because me nor my realtor were unable to get ahold of anyone. My family have been patiently looking for a nice home since October 15th. There aren't a lot of houses that are nice and affordable now days. Me and my family fell in love with the house I'm speaking about. I finally got the call he said everything looked promising and I just needed to do the background check, he asked me some questions as well. Apparently I had a late notice a few years ago, something that I didn't know I had to disclose because I never had to go to court or anything, I thought it was just a late notice. I was only late because my father died and I took time off work and had to collect unemployment. So to get to the point I got a call back from the guy and he had a rude tone telling me that I lied to him, and I intentionally withheld that information from him. I tried to explain but he didnt seem to care, told me he'd let me know when it went through. and we ended the call. For the next day or two I text him and he called mad, talking to me like I was a piece of trash and said I need to take down the review I left before he reported it. He said he had a ton of houses and could get me in one even if this doesn't go through. I immediately changed the review and gave him a good review within minutes, and sent him the screenshot. He said thanks, we have no more homes available, that house you wanted is gone now and he will maybe get ahold of me in "a few months". I've been debating changing my review again and was scared he would not help like he was testing me. So I told my realtor, the original one about it and he had no idea I had even talked to him, he was repeatedly told he'd be called back or just ignored so we determined they were just trying to cut him out of the picture and not let him get the commission he well deserves. He said he didn't like none of what I told him and I should not have been talked to that way or bullied to change my review. So I'm now telling my honest opinion, their houses are beautiful, the company might not be the reflection of the man I spoke to, but whoever I spoke with was a rude, inconsiderate person that got my family's hopes up then broke us down. The house is still on the renters list as active so I believe I was lied to about that as well, all over a review of just complaining about not being able to get ahold of anyone about my application. I probably would have left them a good review regardless if I got the home, just for their effort and help but now I can't lie to make them look better than I experienced.. Just be careful working with them is all I can advise. Months of looking for homes I've never experienced what I did with them.
