  One of the better experiences I've had at a Huntington. Chris and Cassandra were awesome. Very nice, corrected my issue without any problem.

  Outside it looks like a good place, unfortunately inside i found a bad customer service . Plus, while I was doing my transaction inside I received unpleasant present as a ticket for standing in private property. When I asked one of the employ why this happens, she said that I had right to stand there only 15 minutes. Even though non of their signs shows timeline.

  Great bankers, professional, understandable. Unfortunately, clerks are not so much. Instead of helping you ,they just shut you down and doesn't listen to needs I have.So after that the only desire is to live as soon as possible.

  1 star is too much for the terrible customer service experience I received today. Jackie Speer was a horrible banker to work with. She complained about my father and I asking her to pull up some details that we needed for our business account. I personally bank with Chase and plan on switching our business account to Chase because of the issues we have dealt with banking with Huntington.
