Mike Walker1I called in to paid off my loan. I spoke with *Christina in customer service who gave me the 5th degree (put-off) after telling her I wished to pay off my loan. I gave her my acct.# information along with half of my life history before she would let me pay off the loan. In my opinion (Harassment) due to paying off the loan. This was a simple payoff. Maybe she was having a bad day. I was not happy with the service I received trying to payoff a loan with this company and it was entirely due to inexperience of Christina's servicing customer's issues. This will effect my decision to use Fortera CU anytime in the future.

Yashira M1I decided to do business with them since my family had already done business with them in the past. This business honestly should be shut down. I decided to get a personal loan from them and was told the APR rate would start kicking in after my 24 months. I immediately start noticing within my first month that they were already charging interest, a week later same thing, two weeks right after same thing again. I decided to chat with them through the secure chat and the representative tells me they can't do anything about it because he doesn't see that balance on my chart tells me I need to call. So I call and the representative on the phone says we charge daily interests. I advised her what they advised me initially opening the account and all she says well I apologize they gave you the wrong information there is nothing we can do now. I told her why do they charge so much within the first month my due date wasn't even due yet and all she said is that's how we work it here. I can't wait to finish paying off this loan, and making sure I tell EVERYONE about this horrible company. I will make sure everyone I know DOES NOT do business with them!!

Bam Nance1Waited 1.5 hours to open up a savings account at this location before leaving in disgust. There was exactly one person who concluded his business in the one and a half hours that I waited, and the other customers were also interested in a basic savings account. Nothing exciting, just a basic savings account. There is no good reason for an institution this large and well staffed to take 1.5 hours with a single customer on such a simple matter. Hard pass.

Kim Hubbard5I love this bank. The people are friendly and always knowledgeable about helping prepare your savings. They don't hit you with surprise or unnecessary fees. My son, husband, self and grandchildren are loyal fans. Thank you for your assistance and guidance

Selena Ward1I have banked with this bank for quite some time and I personally don't recommend them especially if you are moving out of state I strongly encourage you to close all of your accounts with them. Calling to address matters I experience 30 min plus hold times without even speaking to anyone and I just end up hanging up. Their online banking is drastically outdated and not user friendly at all. Despite the name change to Fortera you are still the same old Fort Campbell credit union with the same issues. My last straw with them was when I made a payment on my credit card and when I went to use it, it was declined. I called to inquire and I was told that it was because of non payment. I quickly pulled up the statement of the card that I used to pay it to confirm that it was indeed payed and I was told that they would check into it. That was on a Friday. Two weeks later of me calling and hounding them because no one called me to give any updates, I was eventually told that it was a glitch on their end and that it will process in a couple of business days. Are you kidding me!!!!!!!

Lynny1This credit union is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I just got locked out of my account on a Sunday while trying to purchase groceries. I was told every one that had came thru today with a Fortera debit card was denied as well. And because Fortera doesn't have customer service agents that work on Sunday I cannot get access to MY money until tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened. I am furious. And tomorrow when they finally open all I will hear is I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is an inconvenience when it happens once. Its unacceptable and infuriating when it happens over and over and over.

Brad1Been with Fortera/Ft Campbell Credit Union for over 8yrs. If you need a Mortgage, Equity loan or Line if Credit I would suggest a different bank. I have never seen communication to the borrower this bad ever. If you need anything , a status on your loan, a closing date, basically any information that pertains to your loan expect ZERO comms!! You will have to pick up the phone and force yourself to keep your emotions under control to get the info you need. Awfull service!!! Navy Federal here we come!!

bob stuerke1Been a member over 30 years. They used to be a decent place to do business. NOT ANY MORE. Need help over the phone, don't bother unless you have an extra 40 minutes to wait on hold. Need a loan, don't bother unless you want to be hustled. Save your time and money and go do business with a reputable financial institution. There are too many good banks in Clarksville to waste your time with Fortera.

Derric Watson5I have been a member since 1985, and been all around the World and I have never had to worry about anything financially because I know they had me covered. I had a break down on the Interstate and I needed money for emergency repairs, lord and behold the check was cut and the repair was taken care of with the immediate payment. When I ran into difficult times and needed to consolidate my bills to free some funds, they worked with me personally daily to help me get what I needed. FCFCU which is now Fortera Credit Union has never let me down and treat me as if they know me personally. I love my Credit Union, they are the best!
