  Purchasing a home comes with a mixed bag of emotions. It can get frustrating between specific times throughout the home buying process, but 1st United Mortgage has truly outdone itself with its streamlined processes and excellent communication. Nevertheless, I would like to thank Michael and Melissa for their hard work, patience, and determination to get me to my closing date. They were genuinely unique and hands down the best experience I have had ever in making a significant purchase. Furthermore, they provided me with excellent communication, changes, updates, and reassurances along the way. Today, we do not find organizations that live up to our requirements, but it is good to know that a few truly work hard to get people into their homes, and 1st United Mortgage being one. Lastly, as long as you provide all the needed information, all else will fall into place quicker than you know it. Good luck to all in your future home purchases, and thank you, Michael and Melissa, for helping me fulfill my dream.

  Beth Lee was so upfront with me, she answered every question I had. She didn't make me feel like a crazy person when I had a concern. I often would speak directly to her, which I very much appreciated! When When thought she couldn't provide us a service, she referred us to someone else. But, we ended up right back with her. I'm so glad we did! She literally made our dreams come true! Then she gave us a personalized cutting board! She made our first home buying experience great!

  It was a great experience working with Beth and the staff at 1st United Mortgage. I was very nervous constantly and they all made sure to be there to answer all questions and help me through everything that needed to be done. The emails , phone calls and texts were always sent back to me quickly never had to wait around for them to get back to me. If you are looking into being a first time home buyer this is the place to go to.

  Michael M. goes above and beyond. We were afraid we wouldn’t be approved but Michael made it happen. He is the most responsive and transparent lender I have ever dealt with. I have been involved in the home buying and selling process several times and Michael takes the cake. If you want customer service from a great human being, call 1st United and ask for Michael!

  This is definitely the place to go to if you are a first time home buyer!! Beth Lee and her team did an Amazing job helping us buy our first home!!! Their service is quick and they work very hard to make sure you get the home of your dreams. I will definitely be contacting them again when we're ready to upgrade into a bigger home!!   John Hart is the man. He and his staff made buying a home with a VA loan quick, simple and easy. I had the "clear to close" on the home over a week before our closing date, he worked very well with my realtor, and was always one step ahead during the entire process. I heard many horror stories about the stresses of buying a house and my experience with 1st United Mortgage was nothing like that. If your a first time home buyer, especially if your using a VA loan, these are the folks you need to use.

  I don't know where to begin. The process with 1st United was unreal. We had a mortgage broker before we met Beth but this guy was clueless about VA Loans. He kept giving us the runaround, which made me start doing my own research. I eventually told him to hit the bricks. Now Beth and her associates (Libby & Krista) know exactly what they are doing. They are well versed when it comes to the process of getting VA Loans from contract to closing. I was not stressed at all. I give them exactly what they needed and they made it happen. They were always so nice. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose 1st United, No hassle, No stress! Thank you for making this process unbelievably stress free. We are now enjoying our new home!

  I would love to share my full experience but I am only allotted 500 characters and that won't be nearly enough. I will say this, John Hart, Melissa Curry, and Bonita Cash have restored my faith in Humanity. Melissa & Bonita were very responsive to all of my questions and were always happy to help, even explaining things literally step by step as needed. John went WAY above the call of duty to assist with the closing of my home. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new home.
