Ken Browning5I had an issue activating my card, I called up and Elizabeth Hernandez’s helped me out she was so kind and utterly perfect to talk too she got my problem solved in like 2 minutes and was an absolute joy to talk to, and unfortunately I did forget the name of the lady who helped me originally set up the account but I do remember she’s pregnant and has brown hair she was also an absolute pleasure to talk too! The customer service I’ve experienced has been flawless these two ladies really need a raise! Wonderful people! Edit I believe her name was Jennifer who helped me set up an account
Response from the ownerHi Ken, thank you for your feedback. So happy you enjoyed your experience with our employees and that they were able to assist you. We greatly appreciate your membership and look forward to continuing doing business with you.

Ashley Hendren1I called to verify a cashiers check. They are not able to do so. Then I explained that I believed the cashier’s check was fraudulent. The customer service representative explained that they do not have a fraud unit or fraud representative. Further they do not take in reports if fraud. The bank is aware that they HAVE A PROBLEM WITH CASHIERS CHECK FRAUD. They do not however accept reports. They don’t take down any information. They don’t report it. Please BE AWARE. If this institution is not even interested in attempting to solve the problem, the problem will continue with this type of fraud.
Response from the ownerHi Ashley, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Due to legality and policy concerns, we do not verify cashier checks over the phone. We would recommend you bring it into any of our 11 locations. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope we can assist you furthermore.

Rich getz1Got a auto loan here. Paid the first payment over the phone and set up automatic withdrawal. The sent confirmation email saying they would take out the payment next month since I had just paid the first payment over the phone. Well guess what...they took out the second payment the same month causing me great problems with my other bills. I asked that they return the payment. Now 5 days later and no refund. They sure can take it out fast but not willing to give it back. Very disappointed in them.
Response from the ownerHi Rich, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. We would like to help resolve this issue for you. Please call our Member Information Center at (817) 835-5000.

Lindsey Reese1Do yourself a favor and get a car loan somewhere else. The payoff process for a loan and customer service (for the most part) are a nightmare to deal with.

Claudia1FTWCCU recently "upgraded" their online banking system and made incredibly difficult to make my loan payment. I attempted to log in numerous times only to receive the message "the application has encountered an unexpected error." I called customer service, waited 30 minutes on hold, and was told the online system had changed (with no notification) and I would have to re-register. I requested to make my payment over the phone, but the associate said she could only accept it if I paid an $8 fee. The associate attempted to talk me through the new registration, resulting in the same error. I asked if she could waive the fee, given that it was a website error, but I was told that wouldn't happen. She then suggested I come into a branch (conveniently located 50 miles away). After numerous more error messages on the website, I gave up and paid as a guest in exchange for a $7 "convenience" fee. I submitted a complaint directly with the associate and through email, but I never heard anything back. If you hate practical online banking or enjoy paying fees, you'll love this credit union.
Response from the ownerHi Claudia, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We are continuing to improve our online platform to better serve our members. Please contact our Member Information Center (817-835-5000) if you would like further assistance or have additional questions. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Aaron Lewis1Opened an account with this location barely a month and about to close it. I'm going to sum everything up I've experienced in that short time.... slow service at branch (took my whole lunch break, 1 hr, to open my account), non working mobile app w/ little to no help (other than physically going to the bank to do whatever you attempted on the app), dont have any debit cards (still waiting for them to send one via mail bcuz they never have it at any locations) and just overall inconvenient compared to other banks! I'd rather get charges to my account than deal with this! The only thing this branch is good at is apologizing for whatever (please save the apology response bcuz apologies dont fix anything) they couldn't do. Do yourself a favor and go to Chase, BOA, etc. You may get screwed but at least it's with vaseline compared to this credit union!

Eric Thurman1FTWCCU Has the worst customer service, there mobile banking is a joke, the entire website is an afterthought seems like it's a bunch of things pieced together to try and make work. FTWCCU you're completely unorganized and in disarray no one takes accountability and everything is afterthought with your credit union. I'm over your institution and closing out my account your nothing more then a 3rd party broker in everything you do.
Response from the ownerHi Eric, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We would like to help resolve any issues you may have. Please call our Member Information Center at (817)-835-5000 so that we may learn how to assist you.

Chad B5I've been banking here for a few years. Once I needed a large check to clear quickly so I had to speak with management and she worked with me to get it done. My only complaint was the ATM's didn't have cash/check deposits, but I want to say they just got a new machine and added it. Thus far Great bank 5 stars Things ya'll need to work on: Website: very plain and should be able to remove things that are irrelevant Connecting accounts on the website doesn't work and constantly disconnects. Would be a great feature if it was consistent.
Response from the ownerHi Chad, thank you so much for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions of services/features that may need some improvements. These are definitely things in the works. We appreciate your membership and look forward to continuing doing business with you.
