  Looking at the reviews and I am very appalled to see what has been said about same day auto. I spoke with a lady pertaining to my truck I purchased with the understanding that I only owed about $8000 to them after being told incorrect information about a vehicle. The lady I spoke with was so firm on the phone she was ready to contact the dealer right from her home. The dealer told me I was approved for way less than same days auto actually approved me for and they were ready to get down immediately. Maybe some of you need to get with the dealers who give out fals information about same day which causes this friction. I even asked for my payments to be due on the next day and they let me know that that was ok. I was waiting on the call from them to get information from me because whole time I was waiting on the vehicle I paid $11000 down in cash for to be complete for me, whatever that meant and I’ll be contacting them tomorrow to let them know that the vehicle they loaned me $20,000 for and I paid $11000 down is still not on my possession and I’ve paid insurance twice on this vehicle and almost to the second note. I’ll be back with an update tomorrow and I hope these good reviews over rude ever bad review I see beneath mine. They were excellent to me and I’ve waited patiently and tomorrow I’ll be contacting the woman as she told me to immediately now that I’m back in town and the vehicle I purchased is still not available to me.   I recently just called to explain that I started a new job and that my payment would be 2 days late, and the lady on the phone hung up in my face without saying a word. Completely rude. Other banks are way more forgiving. This place doesn’t care about you at all. I can’t wait until I can refinance my car with another bank.

  I been with this company only a month called to do payment changes as they said I could after and got put on hold then hung up on called back still haven’t return my call can’t wait to refinance

  These people are the most uncaring people I have ever dealt with. They take forever to answer the phone, and when they do you might get service and you might not.

  I paid off my can in may it’s now august and I have not received my title as of yet. when u call it takes for ever to get a rep and when u do get through the reps don’t care at all. I would not recommend doing business with them their staff is unresponsive and rude and judging from the other reviews everyone they do business with does not have a single good thing to say

  My son had to have emergency surgery and I had to pay the deductible so was unable to make my payment at the time. They refused to help me or give a grace period of any kind. The worst finance company I have ever dealt with. Will never do business with them again and will never recommend anyone do business with them. Nicole Miller is a heartless person.

  This is the worst company we have ever dealt with! We have a baby on the way in a few weeks and my husband his hours got cut. Unemployment is not helping him they think what he brings home is ok to survive which is not. We lived our bills according to what he makes. All we asked for was to work with us for two months until the pandemic settles a bit and company starts giving him hours again. He had the audacity to tell me well that’s not my issue too bad. Every single person I have spoken with has the worst customer service. They don’t empathize at all or take into consideration what’s going.

  These are some of the rudest, laziest people I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve had multiple issues with this company and they couldn’t care any less about their customers. They do the very least they can just to get you off of the phone. The service members are Under qualified And need some training with customer service. If you need a loan for a vehicle, barrow it from your mother in law. It would be much less of a headache.

  I'm only giving a 2nd star because they DID give me another chance with my bad credit. There is a Pandemic going on and while I haven't lost my Essential job, my husband has, sooo I called to see if I can get a payment deferred. Anyway, long story short, I have experienced the cold shoulder that others have and needless to say, no help can be offered. Now, I know they are 2nd chance financing, so, why is there no grace as well as mercy, since you're already dealing with customers who are obviously struggling. I'm not asking for help to be irresponsible, just asking for mercy, when you're being proactive and contacting them with your situation and a date to pay with late fees even. Ijs
