  Received my PPP loan and approval in less than 2 weeks via Blue Acron. Following directions and completing the DocuSign paperwork was super easy and now I’m well on my way to having the loan forgiven. So thank you thank you Capital Plus for approving my loan.

  Only giving 1 star because I can’t give zero. For over two weeks I’ve had loan documents signed by myself and their “cfo” and can get in touch with no one, not these jerkoffs nor blue acorn. Good thing the bedford law enforcement office is around the corner. It won’t take them long to get there when I pay these folks a visit tomorrow.

  They don’t even deserve 1 star. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and absolutely no communication whatsoever! People are losing businesses left and right because of this lender. It’s ridiculous to have so many businesses at a stand still with absolutely no communication or valid updates. If Capital Plus Financial is tied to ANY of your funding documents RUUUUUNNNNN because you aren’t getting your money.

  I'm actually having a good experience - just concerns about being able to get my loan forgiven based upon not being able to reach the customer service to get my Actual Loan Number from them as a Lender. Hopefully someone reaches out to me soon. PPP Fully Forgiven😍

  Who else has had PPP issues blue acorn and with capital financial ? I got approved last month but one number on my account is wrong. How long does it take to get a response from lender ?

  I have had issues with contacting this business. I followed instructions and sent new banking info almost a week ago and have yet to have confirmation. I have been approved for funding since 4/4/21. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are not even providing updates on their site.

  My ppp loan has been in borrowed funded for 3weeks and haven’t received my funds . I’m beginning to think this company has scam me. They or acting as if they have funded my bank account but I haven’t gotten anything .

  I think this company is fraudulent. I signed my documents 4/7/21. Nobody answers the phone or return calls if this company is your lender I highly recommend you contact a lawyer.

  The experience was great they are a big help and professional, the sales person who helped me Gricelda was amazing and polite I thank her for helping me and my family find a home.
