  Best pawn shop in H.E.B They have so much stuff you can spend hours there and the best part to they love to make deals I got me a Samsung 70 in tv in layaway for $350. You guys need to check this place out and if you love guns they have them to talk to Steven or Jacob they will take care of you

  I have bought several jewelry pieces at this location and some of those items were stolen. Dallas police department asked for me to contact them for information on those pieces. Frustrated with everything going on- the manager at that location was very rude and not helpful at all. Will not be retiring here

  Worst Store Ever!! Twice went in to purchase a purse they all (4 employee's) working left me at the front counter with no assistance at all!! Really people!! After standing there for 20 mins or more.... I WALKED OUT KEEPING MY MONEY!! Your Store Totally SUCK!! Pushing the Layaway people...please really? STOP It...you gonna lose all your customers keep this Madness up!!

  They don’t care about your belongings they factory rest my things with out even making sure I wasn’t able to come back and get it all my pictures of my late husband is just gone ! They don’t work with you and they don’t care how it turns out . !!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!

  Called ahead and asked if they were buying monitors and the gentleman said they did. Brought my two units into the store and as soon as i put them down the rude lady told me they don’t take monitors , we asked her if we could they had any in 4k and she said they’re all labeled. After being in there for less than 30 seconds she said everyone has to leave after 6:30 and it was 6:33, we left immediately because we didn’t want to buy anything from someone so rude to customers

  The worst pawn shop I have ever been to. People are rude as hell. They try to low low low ball you. If you are smart you will stay away from this place. It's dirty inside. The workers are not much cleaner. Just a bad place should be closed down.

  BAD PAWN SHOP . Beware ! always low balling manager haves a $hitty attitude and talk to customers crazy. I would not recommend going here for business at all.

  Honestly, I went in the other day and I t was the best experience in a Pawn Shop that I’ve ever had! The manager with the long hair, Jacob, was so cool and really helpful!! Was totally the Bees Knees and I’ll recommend that as many people go here as possible. Fair prices, great staff. Truly the bomb dot com.

  Manager Steve was very disrespectful when I was trying to sell and purchase from the store. Said he wasn’t going to argue with me when I clearly stated the item I wanted to purchase wasn’t brand new. He then proceeded to say we were trespassing and to get out of his store and threatened to call the cops. Then followed us outside and recorded me getting into my car. Definitely not good customer service and will not be shopping there again. Be sure not to say anything too real or he’ll threaten you too. Started off coming out with an attitude from the jump.. highly recommend avoiding this place...
