  Online says open... this is the 3RD time I've shown up and they are just randomly closed!! No info on the door, NOTHING! The other location has 1 person working and 20 people in line! I thought this was a HUGE bank, you can't afford more than 1 teller or to keep the doors open???

  Worst bank ever! No sign in sheet, it’s slow and has long lines. Workers are rude! I just her a lady say I been a banker for 21 years my mouth dropped.

  I got here for international wire transfer. The lady came to ask me and she gave me 20 to 30 min wait. The guy walks in here and ask for credit card issue she just let him in with banker.

  The 2 tellers at this location are the worst customer service ever. No personality, no kindness, no help. The slowest service ever as well! Worst banking branch I've ever been to. They give wrong information and have the unmitigated audacity to totally disregard you if you ask questions. With utmost disrespect. I used to work at a bank, there is no excuse for this lack of customer service, lack of care! Also, no one answers the phone when you call this branch, at all, never. I suggest you bank at another bank all together. If you must utilize B of A.... stay away from this branch!! If they have negative stars, that's what I would have used!! Negative 5 stars would be more sutible.

  This branch is always short staffed with tellers and does not have a drive up or commercial lane for business accounts. The wait is usually long and very busy. I think they should invest in more tellers and soon. I came in to cash a check from their bank only to be met with rudeness and attitude. Brenda was the teller and seemed bothered to be at work. I’m not even sure why I’m writing this review since I’ve read all the others yet nothing has changed. I dread coming to this branch.

  If I could give THIS location only a negative one star I would. I've never had problems at other locations, my grandmother banks with Bank of America and I went in today to cash her a check she made out to me. I do not have an account with them although I had my ID, she's been banking with them for OVER 20 years and has multiple cards with them. Also keep in mind I cash checks for her all the time and have never once had a problem. This specific teller told me I'd be better off going to another bank since I don't bank with them. And if she WERE to cash the check for me, it would be an 8 dollar cashing fee even though my grandmother banks with them! I was in a hurry and at this point getting frustrated so I nicely said yes that is fine, a little confused at this point. Then she asks me to sign the check, I do. Then she holds the check up in the air next to my ID and shakes her head and says "this signature doesn't match the signature on your ID!" I imagine the look on my face was appalled because she repeated herself again. I told her it's my signature? What else could I say! This woman really was determined to not cash this check!! It was under 500 dollars too which is funny to me. Besides the point, she told me her supervisor was at lunch and I could wait 30 mins until she gets back or go else where. After having me sign the check 3 times...... I was furious. I felt defeated by this woman. I kindly left, but will say their customer service was AWFUL. And you don't want people like that to represent your bank. It makes the name look bad. Stay away from this location.

  Their staff is always very efficient & helpful. I've never had a problem with their drive thru.

  I use to love going to this bank until recently. I usually come in to cash a check. I got in and only waited about 10 minutes. Note it was not busy at all only 2 other people talking to the tellers in front of me. It was then my turn, I ask lady can I cash then deposit my check into my account. The lady handed me a deposit slip to fill out, but unlike last time she made get out of line to fill out. I have no idea why, because no one was behind me at the time and it only took me less than minute to fill out. Unfortunately, during that time I was filling out 2 other people came, so I had to then get back in line and wait another 5 minute or so. Not only that, but lady handy me a slip saying I will not access to my money for certain period time. That's exactly why I want to cash it first then deposit into my account so I can have access right away. Thankfully another teller help me the second time. Unfortunately, all the other banks in area are under staff and terrible too, so I'm stuck with going to this one since it close.

  These folks took care of us about 30 minutes to closing. They helped me open and account and make deposits and it wasn't until after 4:00 (their closing time) that we had finished. June, the lady that helped us was SUUUPER pleasant and helpful and the manager (sorry I didn't catch her name) was equally lovely. I will be honest, before I came over here I had my reservations given the other reviews but I took into consideration that most people will not leave a review when they have a good experience, only when they have had a bad one. I have a wonderful time. TLDR: The folks here are great. June is an angel. Very helpful and courteous staff.

  Worst bank ever! RIPPERS! SCAMMERS! They will never help the customers regardless of anything. One representative tells there will be no fees for so and so transaction and the next day the automated system will charge you the fees. And when I called customer care, they said we cant do nothing once the fees are posted. I was having a business account with boa since 7 months and I had a terrible experience with them. Never go for this bank.
