  Amanda Angha Branch Manager, Loan Specialist with Colonial Banking, Home Loans made a curtesy call checking in on us since we were existing Colonial customers. She wanted to see if she could help us in anyway. The timing was perfect and I mean spot on. We were in the process of wanting to refinance our home. She was very helpful in getting us started and on the right track. After we discussed in detail with her what we wanted to do Amanda introduced us to Jenifer Hartung loan Processor. Going forward we worked with Jenifer throughout the remainder of the process. Jenifer did an outstanding job with every step of the process right through to the closing process at the end. I would like to thank Jenifer and Amanda for doing an outstanding job working with us. Everything was transparent. Jenifer always responded in a timely manner whether it was in emails or phone calls. She would keep us in the loop on everything. Her communication skills were excellent. We are extremely satisfied with everything they did.   Allin was far and away the best part of the process of buying a house. From the word go, he was absolutely on top of everything, incredibly easy to get a hold of, and provided great advice. This was my first time buying a home, and he went above and beyond of providing me information I asked for, listening to my concerns, and providing sound, useful advice that put me much more at ease throughout the entire process. I truly felt that Allin went to bat for me.

  If you want to go with someone you can trust will get the job done right on time go with Randy Davis with Colonial. We have used him on every home and have never had issues at closing. He is always available for questions and his attention to detail is spot on.

  Best place to get a mortgage. Loan officers are very friendly and knowledgeable. On my home mortgage process Christen Lee guided me each and every step and she worked very hard to get me lower APR. They all are knowledgeable and work extra hard to get things done correctly.

  I highly recommend Josh Jordan and Colonial Banking for your home loan needs. Josh is an experienced professional who will always be prepared and keep you informed throughout the process. I can't say enough about the level of service my wife and I received...from initial discovery questions to putting ink to paper.

  I have their Interest savers program and have a set dollar amount to be deducted every other week. They take wrong amounts and just change it without notifying me of any change. I emailed in their secure website for answers to this. No response. Today they didn't even take a payment out. Not very happy with response time. How hard can it be to have an electronic payment set up that doesn't change? I love the interest savers program that they offer. My last mortgage company did not offer bi-weekly payment option for interest savings.

  The absolute worst company I have ever delt with. Our house flooded during hurricane Harvey. The insurance checks were made out to Colonial Savings and myself. I told them I would be making all the repairs myself since I was a contractor for almost twenty years and was capable of doing so. They said no problem once they had the check they would release a portion of the funds to me to start construction. When I needed more money they would just need receipts and proof of the work done and more money would be released. Well all that changed after the check was in their hands. They told me I was going to have to spend my own money out of my pocket first and they would reimburse me as they saw fit. One lie after another. One person will tell you one thing then the next person tells you something else. Wish I'd never heard of them. Please if you can help from it, do not use them at all.

  Mike was amazing. He picked up every single time we called him. He got us from point A to point B and worked very hard to make sure everything went great. We are very happy with everything.
