Michael Saal5I have a few accounts / loans set up with this Credit Union and have had great experience with everyone I’ve worked with. The branch manager has always been extremely helpful and my loan officer, Robbie, is always quick and efficient at completing my loans. Keep it up!

Valentin Ramirez1I have been a member since 2014 and I have never had a problem with them, I have direct deposit and savings account and now that I need something from them they are trying to charge me 20$ an hour to look at my transactions, saying they have to do the research. I mean that’s their job and they still want to get more money out off me, it my account it’s my transactions why can’t I just look at them my self, always trying to make it hard on us and trying to make money…

J Goo1I have been a member of FortLee for a number of years; in the past it was a pleasure dealing with the Hopewell branch. It was a time when the staffs goal was to provide good service to ALL. The loan officer that I had the Unfortunate opportunity to work with on my vehicle refinance request Unfortunately took his sweet time, there was no desire to provide good customer service in a timely manner.He requested that I get all the information needed for refinance myself. Once I gave all the information he took forever to respond back or return calls in a timely manner.After almost two weeks he finally came up with a answer that did not even work for me; wasted my time...HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Angela Miller1If you have an overdraft on your account the credit union will put a block on your debit card although you have direct deposit. Ironic, if you don't have any money in your account your debit card will not work anyway... Duh.. When your direct-deposit goes through they get their money but you still have a block on your account. By the way you don't know your debit card is blocked until you go to the store or to get money and you will be embarrassed because your debit card is declined and you know you just got paid. Then you have to call the credit union, and can't get through for at least five minutes to unblock your debit card. Shame on them.

Sherline Pierre-Louis1I just got off the phone with the Fort Lee Credit Union 4/15/16 at 12:15. And I had a question to make sure my account would not be over withdrawn from. The teller on the other line then proceeded to talk to me about A2A set up, which I told her I already had set up. Then with an attitude she responded saying "Than what can I help you with?." Like I was the burden. This is exactly why I withdraw my money for this account and give it to a better bank. Long story short, switch to Navy Federal; if you can. I spoke with them earlier. They were nothing but nice; even though I called them about my problem when I should have called Fort Lee. They gladly gave me the number for the Fort Lee bank. I cannot wait to cancel my account with Fort Lee!

T Hawkins1Some of the people in this bank shouldn't work in a public setting. T. A. is the rude person I talked to on the phone from this bank today. Kept cutting me off when I was asking her questions. Told me I needed this and that. Never had all these requirements from anyone but her then she just wanted to hang up with out giving me details on how to get this information SHE wanted to her. Long story short another loan officer called me and took care of it right away for me without all the drama and non sense paperwork that SHE required. Last years review >>>>>>>>>The absolute most horrible customer service ever. No one returns your phone calls. If and when you finally get through to someone. Rude and yelling on the phone is what I just experienced. I'm pulling my money out and never returning to that zoo.

Jim O'Neill1Absolutely the most unreliable customer service ever. I've called this credit union to obtain a payoff on a vehicle they financed for my (our) customer for over 1 week! I was put on hold, hung up on, lied to and never given the proper information. The ONLY person that would help (on day 9) is Saqueya. thank you

Juan Zuniga2Loan Department return phone calls are poor. While being a long term member, you would think they would car! this only happens when people in charge have poor vision. Sad to Say>

Peyton Yates1Today I went up to the window to to put a check in my account. The lady at the window would not put my check in my account because it had “Cash” in the name field. So I went in to the teller counter. Where a guy was so considered about the fact that is said “Cash” in the names field that when he put my check in he put it in $500 dollars under what it was made out for. I was on hold for 15 minutes where they apologized for human error and that the 7 looked like a 2......... the check it self had it spelled out for him to see what the check was for. This was at 10:36am still waiting for my check to be given to me at the right amount.

Cya Vsqz1This used to once be a very well respected bank. Opened my account back when I was in high school and 14 years later, I'm still wth them. They will take money out of your saving to pay for your credit card bill if your behind or late WITHOUT even letting you know! Called to see what was the issue and how this could be done and the lady caugh an attitude with me even though they were the one doing something wrong and probably illegal. Fast forward 7 years later still the same bs! After all that I stopped coming in and getting anything else with them! Handle all my transactions online on the portal and moved to Suntrust. Well.... now I can't even do that! Evey time I try to log on it says invalid credentials or can't validate credentials although I'm putting it in correctly! Called over and over and no one could help, resettled the password about 20 times month after month! I'm finally to my last string....stay away!
