  I stopped by this dealership earlier this week and couldn't believe the amount of inventory they had. They did not have the exact vehicle but they said they were going to do some research and see what they could do . Within 24 hours they called and told me they had the car I was looking for and brought it in for me!!! Once I got there I couldn't believe how easy the process was. Everyone so friendly and very quick to help me. I will 100% be recommending this dealership to everyone I know!! Thank you VA Cars of Tri-Cities

  If you happen to go here look for Twan !!! He is Excellent!!! However Harry is the con artist! He gives you a range and selection of literally 2 cars that are "in your Budget". Anyway, I financed a vehicle only for it to break down 3 months later and Harry tells me he doesn't have rentals !!! He clearly didn't have the same energy when I put a down payment on a vehicle and the tale light broke hence giving me a rental! Seems prejudiced and/or racist to me! FOS! Lets see if they going to fix my car Monday.

  Hands down, the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Jamie, knew I was looking for a truck at the right price and set me up with options within the hour. Once I got to the lot, I was in and out in record time without any issues!

  Wow! The guest service is phenomenal. Twaun is a great salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, and answered each question with a smile. His team worked hard to get us the best deals, with everything catered to our needs and wants. My husband and I came in to look at a car... We are leaving with TWO today!

  They sold me a car with the wrong battery. When the battery messed up i had to pay diagnostic fees, battery cost and labor to replace it. Why didnt they know it was the wrong size battery before I bought the car? Annoying. Battery wouldve cost 130 at advance auto or auto zone but I paid 230, after fees and labor here. Not to mention an item was stolen from my car center console that was definitely there this morning. Had to be the young dude who pulled my car in to look at it. Never again. I feel totally robbed and taken advantage of.

  Awesome, what else can I say but an awesome dealership with great honest service and getting better. Come on and experience Vacars for yourself. We got some of the best preowned selection of cars and trucks to pick from. Free engines for life, towing for life and free state inspections for life. What are you waiting for? Financing for most situations. I give 4 stars, not that nothing is wrong, but to show ourselves and you the customers that we are improving by leaps and bounds to by pass that 5th star with customers satisfaction at a great dealership.

  This was the best car buying experience ever! Smokei and Harry worked with me every step of the way, I was able to get a car that was everything I wanted.   Let me just tell you about VA cars Tri-Cities. In order to do a review I had to thumbs up because if you put it find down for negativity they kick you off and won’t let you write a review so that just tells me what a shady company it is. And their little scam that they send you out in the mail saying you could win money or prizes is a bunch of BS to it’s a scam as well. So all these five star reviews on different sides saying they’re a great company is a whole lot of horse hockey. I wouldn’t buy a car from that company If my life depended on it I would walk to work every day in the freezing cold and rain and snow and sleet and whatever before I buy a damn car from them shadiest company I have ever dealt with.   Nice place but really screwed me over. I put down a $5,000 down payment, for a 13,000 car. Keep in mind this is my first time buy a car. Before I signed the paper work and what not, I asked Andrew how much would my car be. 13,000-5,000 or would it be 8,000. He told me 8,000. So when I get home the next day, I realized that I was completely lied to.
