FNBT Bank Reviews

Norbert & JanEtte Engel5I have been a customer of this Bank since 1979 and have only good things to say about them. I had several mortgages over this time as well as several business loans from this bank during the 26 years I owned a motel on Okaloosa Island and now I am still with them with my personal checking as well as with my business account established in 2005.Never had a problem that was not solved quickly and to my satisfaction. It is a small Bank but very customer orientated. Norbert W. Engel - Baker, Fl. 32531

Norma Price1I have been with this bank seven years only because my husband was banking there when I moved here. It is a horrible bank to use simply because every time they get a new manager they change how they do things it’s not a policy thing with the company it just depends on what the manager wants to do because every branch does things differently with this company. They have changed bank managers at least three times since I’ve been banking here. I have procrastinated on changing banks because it is a pain but I plan on changing banks soon.

Rick Matthews1Dishonest bank. They will not tell you about your bounced checks until they pile up, they also charge 7 dollars per check that you write with their bank, and they are too cheap to hire more tellers so that the lines at their bank keep moving. This is the absolute worst bank you can bank with. It's amazing how the owner can sleep at night EDIT : Now the owner is telling me about the new online banking features. Something I never had when I was there. And that doesn't change the fact that the owners are greedy monsters that will jump at any oppertunity to charge you the most money they can for any little mistake you make. This bank does not care about people. And you can see it by the way the owner tries to advertise in his response to this review.

Curtis the Moonboy1They let me overdraft my account 4 times without telling me, and then stuck me with a $400 bill in overdraft fees. Any normal bank would have shut my account off after the first overdraft, but this bank wants to see how much they can make off of people who have no money.

Johnny Rotten1This establishment charges a $ 7.50 fee to cash a check that is written from their bank. I wonder if their account holders know that the checks they write are not worth the amount it is written for. What horrible fee to charge. FNBT is a joke establishment. Should I upcharge my customer $7.50 if they want to write a check from FNBT? No, because that would make me an A-hole.

Quiana Richardson1I have been banking with this company for a couple of months now.I always notice that if i leave spare change in my account it miraculously disappears. This is due to some type of fraud and hopefully everyone will notice. It makes me feel as if im being robbed. If this is allowed with all customers that means that someone is gaining profit from theft.Wether it is a dime to 33 cent.U are profiting from customers and stealing spare change that u think we dont notice.
