I have been banking with Beach Bank, formally Beach Community Bank, for 12-15 years now. When you get a good customer service person, they have already quit by the next time you go in to the bank. If they treat their employees the same way they treat their customers - no wonder!

This bank cannot be trusted with your money. They made serious mistakes in handling my account, and then after a full day on the phone struggling to get everything right, they had the nerve to charge me excess withdrawal fees, when they were the ones that caused the withdrawals. If you want to keep your money, stay away from here.

Depositors Beware! Beach Bank is not a good bank to do business with. They are very arrogant, and their management team is the worst management I have ever worked with. Larger banks have much better management and after dealing with banks for twenty years, I would say this bank will go out of business similar to USA Bank because their management is HORRIBLE. I would NOT recommend anyone do any kind of business with this bank. Check your monthly statements CAREFULLY!

This bank repeatedly refused test deposits from Connexus Credit Union, causing them to have to try again and again, which nearly cost me to lose my account with Connexus. Beach Bank refused them without notifying me or even trying to reach out to ask me about them. This has been going on for several weeks, and it was a nightmare to get this straightened out. When they finally allowed all the mini-deposits through, they assured me that everything would now be fine. However, Connexus Credit Union then had to withdraw their 11 test deposits, and Beach Bank fraudulently charged me $3 for each “excessive” withdrawal – withdrawals which would not have been necessary at all, if they had simply accepted the first test deposit. I am now contacting the BBB. After 12 years of being a loyal customer, I feel betrayed and completely disappointed on how they treat their customers. Shame on you Beach Bank!

I was a customer in good standing of this bank since 03/09/20. On 06/07/21 I got a call from the manager saying they were closing BOTH my personal and business accounts, and wouldn't tell me why. Both of my accounts were in good standing and had no fraudulent activity. The manager said she would write an email to her manager, which I presume she did but I never heard back. I was a customer in good standing for *over a year.* Then they cancelled both of my accounts are are refusing to explain why, other than "because we can legally." This has disrupted my ability to pay my bills and run my business, and has cost me money.

This bank will close your account for no reason. Especially if you make a lot of money. Their app also sucks with no features. And they will interrogate you on the phone about where your money is coming from. This is the absolute worst bank I've ever dealt with.
