  Been a customer for about a year a half, needed some extra money but didn't know what to do. Justice reached out to me, advised me about the refinance they offer. I was hesitant bc I didn't want extra debt. She was extremely patient when answering all of my questions. She was able to get me a better offer and a lower interest rate than what I was already paying. As a consumer, it's nice to know some employees still believe in giving outstanding customer service. Thank you Justice!

  I've had multiple loans that I've paid off and have been dealing with them for 10 plus years and have never been so much as 1 day late on any of them. I recently went in for another and was mislead and then offered a loan nowhere even close to the amount or terms THEY said I was qualified for based on my credit rating and the fact I was one of their highest rated customers and had a perfect raiting and record with them. What they offered me was ludicrous and insulting. I wasted a day and money driving 50 miles round-trip after being told to come in and everything was in order and we just had to sign and close. Classic bait and switch. They recently lost their long time manager and a long time loan officer at the office I've been dealing with for years and they always treated us with the utmost respect and honesty. I would venture to bet they left due to the company's change in policies. I'll never use nor recommend anyone to them again.

  I've been a loyal customer to this company for over two years. I have not missed one payment nor have I been late. This year has been a whirlwind and when all else seems to be going south in terms of bills and funds I remain loyal to this company and have not defaulted. I reached out for help this morning and was treated as if my loyalty meant nothing. I just wanted to consolidate so that I can try to climb my way out of this hole. "Sorry Mr. Hildebrand but there's nothing I can do for you." What should have been said was .... "I totally knew that running your credit was pointless, I'm not really concerned with your situation in regards to why you need to consolidate, we really appreciate you paying over $4000 in a year to only pay down $2000 of your balance, have a great day trying to figure your situation out"... Thanks a lot OneMain.

  These people will call you 15 times a day, on the weekends at 8am, when they ARENT EVEN OPEN, to collect a debt 1 month behind during the middle of a pandemic. They will harass you until you feel the need to Threaten to get a lawyer. The most unprofessional people I've ever mistakenly gotten into business with. Literally like being shaken down by the mob.

  This place contacted me I applied they told me I was eligable for a loan. I was excited I needed this and was so happy. They then just needed more info. So I got my check stubs and all then call me back rejecting me. If you have a system to ask me info and I give it and you say I am good then jump through hoops get hopes up then reject. No use for a non ethical bank

  Read all the Bad Reviews first! The lady named Heather was very rude just like the other guy I had talked too. It's like talking to someone with an IQ of 100. They charge high hidden fees and even with a loan for 1k. This business needs to go down and certainly needs new management and system! What a horrible experience! Another bad part was a hard inquiry a pre qualified loan!

  I took out a loan, but they want full coverage on my vehicle,uh huh no way that's me paying extra 500 with their payment. Why would you get a loan to pay back x2 then pay extra for your personal vehicle no no no as soon as I pay it off I won't be back. Oh you can keep your 100$ refer a friend program, and get rid of full coverage insurance on your vehicle for the loan.

  If you want fast, friendly service, you can't beat this place. There is always a friendly voice on the phone to answer questions and the in office experience is just as nice. One Main offers quick, professional service and it'll definitely be a no stress, pleasant experience.

  Horrible business. They will give you as much money as you want but will charge an arm and a leg in interest. DON'T DO IT unless you have no other choice. I'm paying more in interest each month then what's going towards the principle. They prey on the weak and poor people in society.

  I've done business with this company twice and I will never try this company again. The people working there recommend Lending tree and Midland Funding because those companies provide better customer service
