  My husband and I were looking to buy our first home, we had no idea where to start. We were calling place to place, finally I found Claudia (Realtor) she is great too, she recommended us to Bo. Bo was very, very helpful and he answered all of my 1000 questions if not more! Whenever I had a question I’d just send a text or call Bo and he would always pick up, and if he didn’t he would return my call or text pretty quickly. I would recommend Florida mortgage firm to friends and family. Whenever we’re back on the market for a new home Claudia and Bo will be the first people I call :) great team

  Brett and Sherri were amazing! I was very nervous going into this purchase as it was my very first house. Not only did they answer all of my 700 questions but they walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my calls and texts at any time day or night.   I had a great first experience with Florida Mortgage Firm. I was a first time home buyer and had little to no knowledge of the lending process. Nate was awesome to work with and took the time to explain everything to me. He was quick to answer any question I had. Florida Mortgage Firm knew I had a firm deadline to be out of my current place and was able to get me approved for my new home loan within 3 weeks. I would highly recommend using Florida Mortgage Firm...you won't be disappointed!

  I have used FMF for two purchases and one re-fi and can tell you that it doesn't get any better. FMF is like flying First Class, you literally sit back, relax, and they get you to closing with ease. It's like having a "friend in the business." I'll leave you with this quote from Jay-Z, "If you having mortgage problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but closing ain't one."

  We have purchased a number of homes through the years and this was by far the most efficient mortgage company we have used. The process was seamless from the initial application with Stephanie (on a Saturday evening) to the closing date three weeks later. We were under severe time constraints and the team at Florida Mortgage got the job done without causing us undue stress. We would highly recommend them!
