  Everything was handled in opening my new accounts after the fraud with my old accounts. Representative was very helpful as far as getting my information for my old accounts to be transferred to new.

  I've had both good and bad experiences with GTE. This particular location always delivers. Sergio in Membership Relations is the person you want to deal with. He helped me set up my business account and have a debit card in my hand the same day. Other locations have fell way short. Nothing but good things to say about the James Redman branch.

  I've been a member here for over a year. I've only had to stop inside a few times because I usually use the drive through. I've never had a bad experience everyone's been nice , theres been no unexpected fees , I also have a secured credit card with them. I was unhappy with the minimum deposit being 1k- other than that no complaints
