  I found Nancy through a local add. She turned out to be one of the best loan administrators I ever had. I have had many loans and loan officers. I have rental, investment and commercial properties. Nancy does her homework and takes her job personal. It was quick and easy. I recommend her highly You will be very surprised how efficient and effective she is.

  We recently purchased a Condo on Fort MYERS BEACH and our realtor recommended Nancy Pedone. We called her and she immediately took care of us. She handled this transaction way above and beyond her call of duty. She had to do things that the Realtors should have been handling but instead of having to wait on them to get the answers she took it upon herself to get the documents and answers she needed to get the deal done. She got the appraisal company to expedite the appraisal as a RUSH as the appraiser dragged their feet to the very last moment and then had to make some changes to it which delayed it some more. Nancy stepped in and got to the top of the food chain at the appraisal company and got the deal done on time for the closing. The closing went smoothly thanks to Nancy. We then had an issue weeks after the closing with a door the seller was suppose to follow up with their realtor to get repaired. Needless to say no one with the seller get the process started so Nancy got us in touch with the Management Company for the Condo Complex and has since got the ball rolling with them to get the door taken care of for us. Again, Nance Pedone is second to none in not what she is suppose to do but on all of the stuff she does above and beyond. Thanks again Nancy!
