  We refinanced with FlexPoint Mortgage and had an exceptional experience with Ray Rajput. Before we decided to refinance, Ray explained in great detail what the process is, what it would be like, and how it will benefit us. As a veteran, I wanted to take advantage of the low rates in our market. With this, Ray was able to provide us with the lowest rate possible! He was swift, diligent, and informative all the way through, making our whole experience easy and pleasant. If you are considering buying a home or refinancing, Ray is your guy! Oh, and did I mention, Ray and FlexPoint Mortgage are military/veteran friendly y'all!

  So happy to have my home refinance handled by FlexPoint under Mario Carmona’s team. His team took care of all the documents efficiently and rectified some issues prior to closing documents for signing.   Adam Efzat is the most effective and efficient mortgage broker I have dealt with. He is direct and is very responsive. We have refinance twice this year with the minimal input on our part with Adam and FlexPoint Mortgage. I highly recommend Adam if you are seeking a mortgage or refinance.

  I worked with Mario and his team. I had a very complicated re-finance in that I had started a remodel and I own multiple companies (so verifying income was difficult). The remodel was a problem because I couldn't get an appraisal while the house was under construction. At first, I didn't think Mario was going to be able to find a bank to do the loan. Eventually however, he came through and we locked in a great rate at 2.75% fixed for 30 years! Thanks Mario for your help, and a special shout out to Zoya as well. Zoya had great follow up and helped to push everything through!! Much appreciated!

  Mario was amazing! Such a great help and so knowledgeable. He was by our side the whole time through our refi process. He even answered our emails during the weekend and after hours. James was amazing too! He was right in reach every step of the way. If I knew it was this easy, I would have refinanced years ago. The entire process was so easy and took only a few weeks. I will definitely recommend Mario and James to anyone looking to refi or needing a mortgage!

  Ashlee Kinney and her team worked on my refinance. She explained to me in a very simple way the process and the documents needed to expedite the refinance.   If a refinance could ever be described as effortless and/or enjoyable, terms not ordinarily used this way, this one was. The loan officer, Oscar Senior, kept me totally informed and kept things moving in a very timely manner and in general made things easy. I'm very appreciative. In the future if I seek another refi, FlexPoint will be the first place I turn.
