  I present and notarize the final loan documents for Derek and his clients. Derek's clients always say how much they enjoyed working with Derek as Derek has saved them hundreds of dollars monthly on their mortgage and how communicative Derek is throughout the process. LendUS loan documents are concise and not encumbered with duplicate documents like many lenders have.   Derek Beisner and his Processor Heidi along with their team did a awsome job. We had lots of hills and valleys due to our employment history the year before.
