  Zack did his best helping me get the best loan offer, which I appreciate. In this regard, he was indeed very competent and efficient. Anyone who wishes to get the best loan deal can come to Zack. However, I went through some difficulties in the refinance process that could have been avoided. Zack's loan processor Nicole is very nice but not smart enough in handling financial data. I provided her with tax returns, financial statements, etc. For unimaginable reasons, she ignored some substantial income which made the underwriting process very difficult for us. Throughout the process in my correspondence with Nicole, I always kept Zack in the loop. Unfortunately, Zack ignored our correspondence and had no clue what dilemma I was pushed into by Nicole. Had he read our emails and texts, he could have jumped in and provided help. Zack told me Nicole is no longer in his team. I suggest that he monitor the process more closely regardless of who is in his team, to avoid unnecessary hardships and help the process to proceed more smoothly. I believe Zack will improve in the future. Therefore I am willing to revise my review and upgrade him from one star to three stars. Zack is otherwise very friendly, sincere and professional.

  Zack and his team were patient,responsive to our needs. Zack went an extra mile and made sure we get the best possible option refinance option. I shopped with quite a number of lenders and loan officers but Zack team took the lead in following up and delivering what they promised with the least amount of hassle. I am glad i worked with him. Looking forward to our next big purchase & working with this winning team again.

  Zach and his team were incredible. I was very skeptical at first of doing a refi with a company I was not familiar with. Zach put me at ease right away. He answered the phone every time I called and even took calls late at night. His assistant (Makiah) was also exceptional. Zach also took time to walk me through all the details and did an awesome job of explaining everything. I was extremely impressed. The responsiveness was what I was most pleased with. If you are considering a refi or mortgage transaction give Zach a call first. He certainly saved me a considerable amount and it was relatively seamless.

  Zack helped me get a better loan deal with lower interest rate and lower loan amount. He followed up on me without pressure. He was able explain to me my rights if I wasnt happy with the previous broker I was working with. Overall, my whole transaction experience with him was smooth and I liked that he was able to deliver of what he promised he would. Thank you and I would highly recommend him with anyone who wants to refinance their homes.

  It was a great pleasure to work with Zack. I have interviewed several loan professionals for refinancing my current home, and Zack was one of them.   Zach Spradling is extremely responsive and very helpful. He answers calls very quickly and makes you feel as if you are his most important client. I'm sure he makes every client feel that way because he truly does care. Refinancing can be a very stressful experience, but Zach makes it feel easy because he knows his business and he is very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him!

  We just refinanced our house through E Mortgage. Zachary was our Loan Officer - and he was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely professional, prompt in responding to our questions and patient as he helped us navigate the entire refinancing process.
