Travis was very informative on interest rates as well as deciding on what type of loan to choose. It was very pleasing to request a 45 day escrow and close on time in this crazy housing market!   Flat Branch was an absolute blessing to work with. Travis Fleming came highly recommended to us by several individuals. We were 1st time home buyers and he did a great job of walking us through and answering all our questions. Katlin was also very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and always available to help me as I tried to work through this process; especially during the CO-VID 19 situation. The people at this office make a great team and I would highly recommend them. Buying a house is a big deal and these are people you can trust!

  Travis was a pleasure to work with, the information tutorials etc were explanatory for someone who may not have been through a home purchase process before. He was good at moving things along so the close went through quickly and seamlessly. Katlin was the absolute best, she works with Travis and the majority of my interaction was with her. Katlin always had a positive attitude and you could tell she had a smile during her conversation, very good at answering questions, quick at supplying information when requested, she made the process the best I have ever been through and I have been through several over the years !!!

  First time home buyer here. I was expecting a headache with this, as it wasn't my first time trying to purchase a home (previously lived in Texas) however, I was shocked at how easy this process can actually be.
