  The speed and ease of application coupled with the extremely short amount of time that was taken to process everything, as well as the attitude of finding how to make things work rather than seeming like an ornery gatekeeper, like some other lenders seem to do, instead made working with them a great experience.   A friend of mine suggested to me to use Willie for our refinance. It was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, so we communicated by phone, text and email. This worked great for my husband and I to do everything digitally and made the transaction go very smoothly. Willie and his team are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had almost as soon as I sent the question to him.
