  I have worked with Scott Sallee for 25 years. He was a great loan processor then and a great loan officer now. He has always done his very best to get every loan done I have ever brought him. His team is the hardest working team I have ever used. I don't think there is anything he doesn't know about Loans. On top of that he is the most caring compassionate person. My favorite loan officer and my always go to first loan officer.

  Flat Branch Home Loans is a top notch lending company. Keith made our process from beginning to end very pleasant. We have not had a home loan in over 15 years and things have changed drastically. Jennifer made the process so easy and to say she was great to work with would be an understatement. My wife and I were blown away at Jennifer's level of partnership, timeliness and communication.   Exceptional! Megan Finn (and her assistant Tonya) provided both caring and professional service. They both made the process clear and easy. Whether you like to do business online or in person you will be helped every step of the way. For us, having the majority of the needed documents downloaded to Flat Branch directly was a time safer. Megan cares about you as a person and will not treat you like another "sale". I highly recommend Megan and Flat Branch for your mortgage and refinance. The rates are competitive and the customer service can't be beat.
