  The BEST service imaginable! I would never recommend or use anyone else but Bart for home financing needs. I felt like a person and like they cared about me and my situation. The level of patience during my "freak outs" was beyond impressive. They get back with you right away and treat you like the only person they are working with, even though I'm sure they were slammed. How often can you say that working with a home loan company is a pleasure and you feel like you will miss talking to them when everything is done? The whole process could not have been easier. Bart will give it to you straight (even when it's not what you want to hear), and absolutely 100% honest about everything. He won't mislead you just with the hope that he can make something happen. And Wendy is so on top of all of the paperwork and forms it's amazing.

  Bart was very helpful when I applied for a new mortgage there. There were some issues on my end and he went out of his way to help me and thoroughly went over some things for us when it became apparent that we have to wait a while before moving forward; he still met with me again to help. I have my current mortgage through New American Funding and have been happy but I don't remember the last time someone at a business spent an hour with me even after the sale was essentially lost in the short term. It's smart business but it still rarely happens in my experience. I would and will recommend him to any one.

  Bart is a great mortgage adviser. Very professional and always knowledgeable about his products unlike most of the previous mortgage advisers I have worked with in the last few years. He will take care of you and is always on the end of the phone should you need him. I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking for a mortgage or a remortgage.
